【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は燃料タンクとキヤニスタの間に介在
させる蒸発燃料制御弁に関する。

(従来の技術) 従来燃料タンクの蒸発燃料ガス圧力が所定以上
になつたとき開弁してキヤニスタ側へ燃料ガスを
送り、また燃料タンクが負圧になつたとき開弁し
て大気を送入するように開弁する2方向弁が、燃
料タンクとキヤニスタの中間に設けられている。
その例を第1図に示す。2方向弁1は燃料タンク
に連結されるパイプ2aを具えたボデイ2とキヤ
ニスタに連結されるパイプ3aを具えたカバ3と
で形成されるケーシング内に、環状弁体4と傘形
弁体8を取付けたリテーナ5を配設したものであ
る。リテーナ5に設けた開口5aは傘形弁体8に
より常時閉塞し、燃料タンク側が高圧のとき開弁
し環状弁体の中央口4bを経てパイプ3aからキ
ヤニスタへの通路が開く。また環状弁体4は、ス
プリング6がリテーナ5を押圧することによつて
そのリツプ4aをパイプ3aの基部に設けた弁座
3bに押付けることにより閉弁し、燃料タンク側
が負圧になるとスプリング6に抗して開弁し、パ
イプ3aから空気が流入するようになつている。

流出させてしまう危険がある。このためこの2方
向弁と別個にロールオーババルブを設けねばなら
ない。そして従来の2方向弁の構造では2個の弁
体がケーシングの中央軸上に設けられているため
ロールオーババルブを一体的に組み込んでコンパ
クトなものとすることが困難である。

設けて下方へのみ開弁するようにし、さらに下部
室にはそのすりばち状の底壁を転動する球体と、
この球体を抱えかつ上端が中央開口の下面に対向
する第3弁体とを設けている。第3弁体は通常開
弁し、ケーシングの傾斜により相対的に球体がす
りばち状の底壁を上昇すると押し上げられて中央
開口を下方から閉ぢるようになつている。

料の流出はない。

部室15内に合成樹脂弾性材料でなるカツプ状の
第1弁体17が中央開口14aを被つて配設さ
れ、第1弁体17に取付けたリテーナ18をスプ
リング19が押圧している。仕切壁14に、側部
開口14bを下方から被う合成樹脂弾性材料でな
る傘形弁20が取付けられる。下部室16内にお
いて下部ケース13の底壁上に転動自在な球体2
1が載置されこれを上方から抱える脚部22aと
脚部22aから上方へ伸びる弁棒22bとでなる
第3弁体22が配設される。弁棒22bの先端は
中央開口14aに適宜の間隔をおいて対向し、中
央開口14aの下面周縁のテーパ部14cに滑動

2弁体20は燃料により閉ぢる方向に加圧される
から燃料の流出はない。

く配管が簡単になり燃料洩れなどの危険のおそれ
のある接続個所が少なくてすむ。また傘形弁の向
きを液体燃料により加圧される向きに設けたので
液体燃料の遮断作用も確実である。
