閉した缶体の圧力を小さくしようとするものであ
る。

膨脹タンクを設け、タンク内空気を圧縮する事で
低圧化する方法がある。しかし、この場合でも熱
源機を運転する事により熱源機内温度が上昇する
と、タンク内空気温度も上昇し、缶体圧力が増加
する。それ故、タンク容積をあらかじめ大きくし
ておいたり、タンクの設置位置を熱源よりも遠く
にするなどの必要があつた。

吸熱フインに囲まれた部分に排気抑えキヤツプ1
1が設けられている。一方缶体上部には缶体上端
と連通した空気の入つた膨脹タンク12が設けら
れている。また外装の側壁4と天板5との間に、
バーナ2の燃焼に必要な空気が入り込む開口13
が、膨脹タンク12と同じ高さか、それ以上の高
さの位置に設けられている。さらに他の外装部分
は密閉されている。
