…ヘツダー、１０…仕切板、１０ａ…径小部、１
０ｂ…径大部、１１…切込み部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定長の偏平チユーブ１とコルゲートフイン２
    とが交互配置に積層されるとともに、チユーブの
    両端に中空ヘツダー３，４が連結され、かつチユ
    ーブ１によつて構成される流通路を熱交換媒体が
    蛇行状に流通するように、少なくとも一方のヘツ
    ダー内部を仕切る仕切板１０が設けられた熱交換
    器であつて、前記ヘツダーに外周方向の切込み部
    １１が形成される一方、前記仕切板１０はヘツダ
    ー内周面に適合しうる外周形状の径小部１０ａと
    周端部を切込み部に適合しうる膨出状の径大部１
    ０ｂとを有するものに形成され、該仕切板１０が
    径小部１０ａ外周面をヘツダー内周面に当接され
    るとともに径大部１０ｂ周端を切込み部１１に適
    合された状態に切込み部からヘツダー内に嵌入配
    置され、かつ接合一体化されてなることを特徴と
    する熱交換器。
