Recently, it has been used as glass for areas where it is not possible to install lattices or shutters, such as entrance doors of houses.
Products using laminated tempered glass have appeared. By using such tempered glass, it will not be easily broken by external impact.
It is ideal for crime prevention. However, even if such tempered glass is used, no effect will be obtained if the glass itself comes off due to an external impact. For example, FIG. 1 shows such a conventional example, in which the mounting plate 2 is attached to the end face of the opening of the door 1 in FIG. 2 with screws 3, and the space between the side edge of the opening and the glass 4 is Inner and outer frames 5, 6 for holding glass that are installed across
Two clamping pieces 7 and 8 are respectively provided protrudingly, and the gaps between the clamping pieces 7 and 8 are fitted to both ends of the mounting plate 2, respectively, and the glass 4 side edges of each frame 5 and 6 are fitted into the gaps between the clamping pieces 7 and 8. The glass 4 is supported by a bead 9 attached to the section. However, in such a configuration, each of the frames 5 and 6 is supported only by the elastic clamping force of the clamping pieces 7 and 8, so when a strong impact from the outside is applied, the inner frame There is a drawback that 6 is off.
Therefore, in order to prevent such inconvenience, conventionally, as shown in the figure, a screw 10 is screwed in from inside the inner frame 6 through the inner frame 6 and the mounting plate 2. However, if this is done, the heads of the screws 10 are exposed to the outside of the inner frame 6, which impairs the design.

Conventionally, when attaching a mirror plate to a door opening, the mirror plate and a support plate are both fixed with screws to an outer frame fixed to the end of the door opening, and the inner frame is engaged with the support plate. There is one that can be attached (see Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-92628). According to this conventional structure, the head plate is fixed to the outer frame with screws, so there is less risk of it coming off due to external impact. Although screws can be inserted and fixed in this way, such a mounting structure cannot be adopted because screws cannot be inserted into glass. Additionally, in the unlikely event that the glass breaks or the design of the glass changes, the glass must be removed and replaced, and in such cases it is necessary to be able to easily remove the glass. It is. That is, in the past, there has been no glass that does not easily come off even when a strong impact force is applied to the glass from the outside, and that also allows the glass to be easily removed for replacement.

In the above configuration, first, even if the glass 4 receives a force inward from the opening 22 due to an impact from the outside, the impact force is transmitted from the glass bead 36 to the support member 19, and this support Part 19
is fixed to the outer frame 11 by screws 21, so that the glass 4 will not come off inward. When attaching this inner frame 31, after attaching the support member 19, for example, the engagement groove 33 on the glass 4 side is engaged with the engagement portion 27a of the support member 19, and then the opposite end By pushing in from the inside of the opening 22, that is, from the outside of the inner frame 31, the engagement groove 32 in this part is engaged with the engagement portion 26a due to its elastic action. vice versa,
To remove it, use the step 38 formed at the end on the inner edge 25 side of the opening and pry it up using appropriate metal fittings.

To replace the glass 4, the groove 35 is opened by removing the inner frame 31.
By moving the glass bead 36 to the right in FIG. 3 or 4, it can be easily removed, or by simply loosening the screw 21 fixing the support member 19 if necessary. Glass 4 can be easily removed.

As described above, according to this invention, since the glass is supported by the support member through the bead,
There is no risk of it coming off even if it receives a strong impact from the outside, and the disadvantage of having screws on the inner frame as in the past, which spoils the design, is eliminated. Also,
Since the bead supporting the glass is securely held between the engaging piece and the inner frame, there is no risk of it coming off. On the other hand,
When the inner frame is removed, the groove supporting the glass bead is opened, so the glass bead can be easily removed, and the glass itself can be removed by removing the glass bead or by removing the supporting member. This has the advantage that it can be done by simply loosening the supporting screws.
