Conventionally, when transporting goods that require cold storage, such as food, medicine (including blood, sperm, etc.), and chemicals, food, etc. to be transported S ( For example, loin ham) was stored through a cushioning material K (cello cotton, etc.), and the entire packaging box was transported by a transport vehicle or the like equipped with a cold storage room. However, transportation by this method requires a special transport vehicle, and although it is good when transporting in large quantities, there is a problem in terms of transportation cost when transporting individually to various different destinations. In addition, in an emergency, there is a method of transporting dry ice in a packaging box, but this method has the drawback that the buffering capacity and the aesthetic appearance of the packaging and packaging container are lost. Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned current situation, the present invention provides a simple packaging container that is aesthetically pleasing as a packaging material and is used to transport goods that need to be kept cold, such as foods and medicines, while keeping them cold and protecting them from impacts. A packaging container for transporting food or medicine while keeping it cool, the container consists of an upper box and a lower box that are made of a heat insulating material and can be airtightly engaged. The lower box of the outer box has an interior material that has a recess that can hold food, etc. and has a cold storage agent sealed inside, and the upper box contains an A sponge member having moisture absorbing and buffering abilities is installed inside, and a space is formed on the back side of the interior material to which a cold object such as dry ice can be attached.

Next, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In FIGS. 2 to 5, a packaging container 1 for transportation consists of an interior material 2, an outer box 3, and a decorative box 4, and in this example, the item to be transported is a package 5 of roast ham that has been sterilized. Yes, 2 packages 5,
This relates to a packaging container for transportation when the item No. 5 is shipped to a rural area as a gift. The interior material 2 in this example hugs and holds the packages 5, 5 and protects the packages 5, 5 from impacts etc. during transportation, and also keeps the packages 5, 5 cool during transportation to make roast ham. It has the role of preventing deterioration and deterioration of quality, etc., and has shock-absorbing ability and cooling ability. Therefore, the interior material 2 is composed of a blow-molded balloon-shaped outer skin 2a made of polyethylene, and a cold storage agent 2c that is filled and press-fitted into the outer skin 2a from a filling port 2b. The filling port 2b is sealed by thermocompression bonding, and the cold storage agent 2c is hermetically sealed within the outer skin 2a. This cold storage agent 2c is a gel-like semi-fluid substance that absorbs and accumulates cold air in the freezer by leaving it in the freezer for about 5 to 12 hours, and when it is taken out from the freezer, it remains cold for a long time in the atmosphere. It is something that can be maintained. It also has gel-like elasticity even in cold temperatures. Note that the polyethylene outer skin 2a can also maintain considerable elasticity at low temperatures,
Cracks do not occur as the temperature of the cool storage agent decreases.

Next, the recess 2d formed in a part of the surface of the outer skin 2a can fit about half of the outer periphery of the roast ham packages 5, 5, and can fit into the outer circumferential shape of the packages 5, 5. The shape has been specified and formed in advance so that it can fit together. The packages 5, 5 fitted in the recess 2d are buffered and protected from shocks during transportation due to the elasticity of the interior material 2, and are also kept cool due to the cold retention power of the cold storage material 2c enclosed in the interior material 2. It is transported under the same conditions.

Next, to explain the outer box 3, the outer box 3 consists of an upper box 3a molded from polystyrene foam having a heat insulating effect, and a lower box 3b molded in the same way.
The upper box 3a and the lower box 3b are integrally closed and engaged by fitting male and female fitting portions 3aa and 3ba formed step-like on their respective outer peripheries, and the lower box 3b is closed. The interior material 2 can be inserted into the inner surface, and when the interior material 2 is inserted with the packaging bodies 5, 5 held therein, the upper ends of the packaging bodies 5, 5 slightly touch the lower box 3b. It is placed so as to protrude from the upper outer periphery of the . The protruding portions of the packages 5, 5 correspond to the space C formed on the inner surface of the upper box 3a.
covered by. The thickness of the Styrofoam wall forming the outer box 3 is as follows when the upper box 3a and the lower box 3b are fitted and the frozen interior material 2 is stored inside.
It is formed to have a thickness that prevents the cold air generated by the cool storage agent 2c of the interior material 2 from leaking to the outside.

Next, the cosmetic case 4 is a box formed of a thin plate made of paper or synthetic resin, and one side thereof is open, and the outer box 3 can be inserted from the opening side 4a, The entire outer box 3 is formed so that it can be inserted into the cosmetic case 4. That is, the cosmetic case 4 is a case body for covering the outer box 3 formed in a shape adapted to the outer circumferential shape of the outer box 3, and characters, illustrations, etc. for product display etc. are drawn on its surface. The upper box 3a of the outer box 3 has the function of a presentation case and
This serves as a clamping body that clamps the fitted state of the lower box 3b and the lower box 3b.

After freezing the interior material 2 in a freezer and storing it at an appropriate temperature, the interior material 2 is placed in the lower box 3b of the outer box 3, and the roast ham packages 5, 5 are placed on top of it. If the interior material 2 is placed in the recesses 2d, 2d in a hugging manner, the upper box 3a is fitted from above like a cover, and the outer box 3 is further fitted into the decorative case 4, the top of the outer box 3 is inserted. The box 3a and the lower box 3b are fitted and held in a sealed manner. Note that the inner material 2 is kept at a cool temperature in the sealed interior of the outer box 3 and holds the roast ham packages 5, 5, so that the lower surface of the packages 5, 5 is directly exposed to the inner material 2. In addition to being exposed to cold temperatures, the upper surface is indirectly cooled because the air in the space C is cooled by the interior material 2. In addition, since the outer box 3 is made of polystyrene foam that has a heat insulating effect, the cold air in the space C and the cold temperature from the interior material 2 are unlikely to leak outside, and the cold insulation effect on the packages 5, 5 is maintained for a long time. last.

The present invention is a packaging container for transporting foods, medicines, etc. while keeping them cool. In the lower box of the outer box, an interior material having a recess that can hold food and the like and in which a cold storage agent is sealed is installed, and in the upper box, there is an interior material with a moisture absorbing ability and a buffering ability. A sponge member having the above-mentioned interior material is installed inside, and a space is formed on the back side of the interior material to which a cold object such as dry ice can be attached. With the cold air stored, this interior material is placed inside the lower box of the outer box, foods, etc. are held in the recesses of the interior material, and a sponge member is placed inside the upper box on the top side. By integrating the upper box and the lower box in an airtight manner, food items can be transported while being protected from shock by the recesses and sponge members of the interior material, and the cool storage agent in the interior material is By gradually emitting cold air, it is possible to keep foods, etc. cool, and transport them at cold temperatures. In addition, since the outer box is made of a heat insulating material, cold air can be circulated inside to achieve a better cold retention effect.Additionally, dry ice, etc. can be installed in the space on the back side of the inner material. If this is done, dry ice or the like will cool the cold storage agent in the interior material during transportation, allowing for stronger cold storage effects and long-term cold storage functions, reducing transportation costs as a container with a simple structure. This has the effect of facilitating the transportation of food, etc. to each household.
