Recently, in order to add bulge to the seat and back of a car seat, the fabric of the car seat has been pulled from the back side. That is, it is pulled using a strap consisting of a belt-shaped main body and a beaded edge formed along one end of the main body. The bead of the seat is connected to the spring of the car seat via a clip, and the seat fabric is suspended.

This hanger is an effective means for giving the car seat an undulating feel and giving it a sense of stability, but the conventional hanger consists of a body 1' made of cloth or leather and a long body 1', as shown in Figure 6. There are those that consist of a bead 3' with a wire 2' simply passed along one end of the side, and those that have the main body 4' and bead 5' integrally molded from vinyl chloride as shown in Figure 7. Therefore, the following points need to be improved. That is, in the case shown in FIG. 6, since the wire 2' is simply inserted, the wire 2' may slip off during sheet manufacturing, making sheet manufacturing inefficient. Also, the one shown in Figure 7 is heavy because it is an extrusion molded product of vinyl chloride.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above, and in the above-mentioned car seat hanger, the band-shaped main body and bead are integrally braided with polypropylene thread, and the braided body is covered with a relatively light resin. Processed to form a resin layer on the stitches and surface, and inside the bead,
A car seat characterized in that a hard core rod is woven so as to be covered with the polypropylene thread, and the beads at both ends of the hard core rod are braided to be narrower than the diameter of the hard core rod. The purpose of this hanger is to provide a hanger that is lightweight and suitable for reducing the weight of vehicles, and is also lightweight, strong and durable, and has a strong spring tension. It is possible to reduce strain on the sheet, increase the effect of forming the bulge more beautifully, and provide it at a low cost.In addition, it is easy to attach the hanger when manufacturing the seat, and the hard core rod will slip off during installation. To provide a hanger for an automobile seat, which can efficiently manufacture the seat without causing problems.

As shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG. 4, a hard core rod 6, for example, a steel rod, is woven into the bead 4 so as to be covered with the polypropylene thread 5, and is strongly held. Furthermore, the beaded edges A covering both ends of the core rod 6 are braided to be narrower than the diameter of the core rod, thereby preventing the core rod 6 from slipping off the braided body. Next, this braided body is processed with a resin having a relatively light specific gravity, such as a urethane resin. For example, coating or impregnation processing is applied. As a result, a resin layer 7 is formed on the stitches or the surface of the braided body, and the soft braided body is solidified into a stiff plate shape.

To use this, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2 which shows an enlarged view of the relevant part, one long side 8 of one end of the hanger is attached to the back surface 11 of a sheet material 10 consisting of a skin 9a, urethane 9b and lining 9c. The material is sewn 12, the bead 4 at the other end is pulled, and the bead 4 and the spring 13 are connected using a clip 14. As a result of the sheet material 10 being pulled downward S, etc. A bulge T is formed between the stretched area and other stretched areas.

A hard core rod 6 is braided inside the bead of the hanger of this invention, and it can be pulled strongly with a spring, and the hard core rod is less strained when pulled by the spring, so the bulge T becomes even more beautiful. effectively formed.

As described in detail above, the hanger 1 of the present invention is made by integrally braiding the band-shaped main body 2 and the bead 4 with polypropylene threads 5, and applying a relatively light resin treatment to the braided body, so that the stitches and surface are A resin layer is formed, and a hard core rod is woven into the bead 4 so as to be covered with the polypropylene thread 5, and the bead edges on both sides of the hard core rod are larger than the diameter of the hard core rod. This is a hanger for automobile seats that is characterized by a narrow braid, so it is lightweight.
In addition to being able to provide a hanger that is suitable for reducing the weight of vehicles,
The bead is lightweight, strong and durable at the same time, and has a built-in hard core rod, so even under strong spring tension, there is little distortion in the bead 4, and the main body 2 can be seated with uniform tension. Since the base 10 is stretched, an even more beautiful bulge T can be formed, and it can be provided at a lower cost. Also, it is easy to attach the hanger when manufacturing the seat, and the hard core rod 6 can be attached to the ball during installation. It is possible to provide a hanger for a car seat that does not slip off from within the edge 4 and allows efficient seat manufacturing.
