Generally, a vehicle seat is composed of a cushioning material 2 such as foamed urethane held by a frame 1 and a surface material 3 covering the cushioning material 2, as shown in FIG. A mounting body 5 is connected to the 4 side by sewing. The mounting body 5 is in the form of a band, and is composed of a plate 6 made of synthetic resin and a cover 7 that covers the tip side of the plate 6, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, or as shown in FIG. A bag part 9 is formed by folding the tip end of the cloth material 8 inward and sewing it, and a wire 10 is inserted through the bag part 9. 5 is attached so as to be attracted to the hole 12 provided in the frame 1, for example. As a result, the surface layer material 3 is pulled toward its end, so that it covers the cushioning material 2 while maintaining a tensioned state.

However, with the mounting body 5 shown in FIG. 2, since the plate material 6 is made of synthetic resin, it slips between it and the end 4 side, making it difficult to sew it to the end 4, making mass production impossible. Furthermore, the mounting body shown in FIG. 3 has the drawback that sewing is required to form the bag portion 9, which is time-consuming and burdensome to the operator.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the attachment body 5 is constructed as a belt-like object by weaving the warp 13 and the weft 14, and the weft 14a on the tip 5a side of the attachment bodies 5, 5 is As shown in FIG. 4, it is composed of a plurality of flattened wire rods 14b made of large-diameter synthetic resin, with the tip 5a having a large diameter,
Alternatively, as shown in FIG.
The a side has a larger diameter to provide rigidity. In this case, the wire material 14b and the bar material 14c are woven into the warp threads 13 together with other weft threads 14 to form a belt-shaped attachment body.

According to such a configuration, since the attachment body 5 is made of a woven fabric, it is unlikely to slip against the end 4 of the surface material 3, making sewing easier. Furthermore, sewing work for forming the bag portion 9 is not required, making the work easier. This can reduce the burden on people.

However, when a part of the tip 5a of the mounting body 5 is pulled to the frame 1 side by the clip 11 as shown in FIG. 6, the wire 14b and rod 14c constituting the tip 5a are flexible and do not have much rigidity, so that the part 15 pulled by the clip 11 is pulled by the clip 11 as shown in FIG.
The deformed portion 15 is deformed in the pulling direction.
The opposite portion 16 of the mounting body 5,
Since a large attractive force is concentrated on the surface layer 3, the attractive force on the surface layer 3 becomes large.
However, this had the drawback of causing large dents in the surface, making the surface look unsightly.

The purpose of the present invention is to impart rigidity to the middle part of the belt-shaped attachment body formed by weaving the warp and weft, so that the pulling force pulled by the ohm clip on the tip side of the attachment body is applied to the attachment body. The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by uniformly covering the opposite side, and will be explained in detail below using examples.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the vehicle seat surface material attachment body according to the present invention. In the figure, 20 is a frame for holding a cushioning material 21 made of urethane foam, and this frame 20 A plurality of springs 22 that hold the buffer material 21 are installed in a bridging manner, and a slit 23 is provided in the buffer material 21 at a location corresponding to, for example, one spring 22. A mounting body 25 whose one end is connected to the back surface of the center side of the surface material 24 covering the cushioning material 21 is inserted. Further, one end of a mounting body 26 for attaching this terminal 26 to the frame 20 side is attached to the terminal 26 side of the surface material 24 by sewing. These attachment bodies 25 and 26 are attached to the warp 2 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
7 and the weft 28 are weaved together to form a belt-shaped attachment body. In this case, the attachment body 25,
The weft 28a on the tip side in 26 is made of a large diameter (rectangular) rod 29 made of synthetic resin,
This is flexible and other weft threads 28
At the same time, the warp threads 27 are woven using a weaving machine. Also, the middle parts 30, 31 of the mounting bodies 25, 26
The weft yarns 28b, 28b are also made of large-diameter rods 29 made of synthetic resin as described above, and these rods 29 are also woven at the same time using a weaving machine.

According to such a configuration, the clips 32, 32 are provided on the distal ends of the attachment bodies 25, 26, and with the clips 32, 32 tensioned, the attachment body 25 is attached to the frame 20, and the attachment body 26 is attached to the spring 22. By attaching it to the cushioning material 21 side, the surface layer material 24 can be attached to the cushioning material 21 side. In this case, the attractive force of the ohm clip 32 causes the ohm clip 3 to
A part of the bar 29 corresponding to the ohm clip 3
Even if it deforms in the pulling direction of 2, since the large diameter bars 29, 29 are interposed at intermediate points 30, 31, the pulling force by the ohm clip 32 is dispersed and applied to the opposite side of the mounting bodies 25, 26. Therefore, the mounting body 25, 2
The opposite side of 6 is not pulled locally, and the dents 16, 16 as in the conventional case are not generated. Further, by making the cross-sectional area of the bar 29 vertically elongated in the direction in which the clip is pulled, as in this embodiment, the rigidity can be increased.

In addition, in the present invention, as shown in FIG.
1, a plurality of wire rods 40 may be interposed as a bundle. Even in this case, the pulling force caused by the ohm clip 32 can be dispersed, so that no local pulling force is generated on the opposite side of the mounting bodies 25, 26.

As explained above, according to the surface material attachment body for a vehicle seat according to the present invention, the warp and the weft are woven together to form a belt-like material, and the warp at the tip side and in the middle of the attachment body has a large diameter. Flexible wire rods or rods made of aged synthetic resin are used, and since these wire rods or rods are woven, the ohm clip provided on the tip side of the mounting body allows a portion of the tip side to be partially Even if it is deformed, the pulling force due to this deformation is dispersed by the wire or rod in the middle, so there is no local pulling on the part of the mounting body opposite to the ohm clip, and the surface layer It becomes possible to attach the materials accurately, and a high-quality vehicle seat can be obtained.
