【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は各種粘土製品を押出成型せしめる押出
成型機において、成型体の形状を決定せしめるノ
ズルを簡易に製作可能ならしめる様にした押出成
型機のノズルに関するものである。

部を形成せしめた押さえリングを設け、前記薄板
を押出成型機本体の押出口に対し押さえリングと
の間に挟持せしめる様にして着脱自在に装着せし
めた押出成型機のノズルを提供して上記欠点を解
消せんとしたものにして、以下本考案の一実施例
を図面に基づいて説明すると、 1は押出成型機本体であり、シリンダー2の内

板7の切削加工のみにて簡易に製作せしめること
が出来、かかる薄板7は外周部分を厚大の押さえ
リング22により押出成型機本体1との間に挟持
固定されるため原料Mの吐出押圧による薄板7の
変形を防止出来、このため薄板7として加工容易
な薄肉鉄板等を利用せしめることが出来、又成型
体Fの形状によりノズル6より吐出した直後の素
地の曲げ加工を必要とする場合、薄板7の通過時
に原料Mに作用される直進性がほとんどないため
素地を任意の方向に容易に案内せしめて曲げ加工
せしめることが出来、又押出成型すべき成型体F
の変更時には薄板7のみを交換することにより簡
易且つ迅速に対応せしめることが出来、よつて各
種ノズル6を専門の業者に依頼することなく簡易
に製作せしめることが出来るため、従来に比しノ
ズル6をコスト安に製作せしめることが出来ると
共に、ノズル6の加工に要する時間も大幅に短縮
化されるので、多品種少量生産、急を要する見本
の製造、デザインの変更等の要請に充分対処出来
る等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。
