Step metal fittings are installed in the elevating passages of the above-mentioned steel towers, etc., but for the purpose of preventing climbing up the tower, removable step metal fittings are used up to about 4m above the ground, and the step metal fittings are usually removed. be.
When those involved ascend the tower, they bring several spare step metal fittings, attach them to predetermined locations, ascend and descend them, and then remove them again after completing the work. Therefore, it is desirable that the removable step fitting be as simple and reliable as possible to engage and disengage from the steel tower, etc., and the present invention was developed from this perspective.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the step fitting according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view thereof. FIG. 3 shows a state in which it is engaged with a mounting hole of a steel tower, etc., and FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which preparations are made for disengagement. The step shaft 1, which is the main body of the step fitting, is made of cylindrical steel and has a split groove 2 and an elongated hole 3 at the tip, and a locking member 4 is inserted into the split groove 2 via a pivot pin 5. I'm putting it in a pinch. Similarly, a sleeve 6 is fitted to the step shaft 1 so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction, although the range of movement is restricted by the regulating pin 61 and the elongated hole 3. The locking member 4 has a weight portion 41 on one side and a locking portion 42 on the other side, and is clamped into the split groove portion 2 by a pivot pin 5 near the area of both parts, that is, approximately at the center of the locking member 4. It is fitted and can be rotated freely although the rotation angle is restricted. The sleeve 6 is given a tendency to protrude in the distal direction by a coil spring (not shown) loaded in the hollow part of the step shaft 1 via a regulating pin 61 penetrating the hollow part. In this case, the sleeve 6 is at the maximum protrusion position when the locking portion 42 of the locking member 4
is designed to be held within the groove portion 2. In addition, a flange 7 is provided at the other end of the step shaft 1 to form the step fitting of the present invention. When ascending the tower, bring several such step fittings (Fig. 2) as spare step fittings, and attach the weight part 41 to the mounting hole 9 previously drilled in the tower pedestal with the mark 11 facing up. The sleeve 6 first contacts the surface 8 of the tower pedestal. When pushed in further, the sleeve 6 is guided into the elongated hole 3 and slides on the step shaft 1 against the protruding tendency of the coil spring, so that the step shaft 1 is pushed deeper into the mounting hole 9. At this time, in the locking member 4, the locking part 42 held in the split groove part 2 by the sleeve 6 becomes free to rotate, so that the weight part 41 hangs down due to gravity, and the locking part 42 pivots upward. Then, the locking member 4 and the step shaft 1
are mutually orthogonal. Next, when the push-in is released, the step shaft 1 moves in the direction of being pulled out from the mounting hole 9 due to the action of the compressed coil spring, and the locking member 4 is attached to the back surface 8' of the tower pedestal, and the sleeve 6 is
By coming into contact with the surface 8 of the tower pedestal, the tower pedestal was clamped and engaged and fixed (Fig. 3).

To remove the step fitting after the work is completed, press the step shaft 1 a little and turn it 180 degrees so that the mark 11' is on top and the weight part 41 is positioned above to prepare for disengagement (4th step).
figure). In this state, when the step shaft 1 is pushed into the mounting hole 9 in the same manner as when the engagement is fixed, the locking member 4 is engaged in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. Rotate approximately 90 degrees until the stop portion 42 fits into the groove portion 2. At this time, the locking portion 42
The tip of the step shaft 1 comes into contact with the inner wall of the step shaft 1 and stops rotating, and the locking member 4 and the step shaft 1 change from the orthogonal state to a straight line state, and the step shaft 1 is disengaged and removed from the mounting hole 9. I can do it. The flange 7 is provided so that the operator can feel with his feet that it is the end of the step metal fitting, and to prevent slipping.

According to the step fitting of the present invention, the step fitting can be connected to and disengaged from the tower pedestal with one hand operation by simply pushing the step fitting into the mounting hole, so it is particularly suitable for use in work under adverse conditions far from the ground surface. It is.
