効果の高い断熱床構造に関する。[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention uses a hard insulating material as a core material on the upper surface of the large drawer,
This invention relates to a heat insulating floor structure which eliminates the need for joists and has a high heat insulating effect, by directly placing and fixing floor panels covered with surface materials such as plywood on both surfaces of the floor panels.

いた。 Conventional insulated floor structures are constructed by installing joists B on the top surface of joists A and installing heat insulating material C between the joists BB, which requires time and effort to install joists B and heat insulating material C. A, joist b portion forms a cold bridge and reduces the insulation effect, and gaps are created between joist b, large drawer a, and insulation material c, impairing the insulation effect, which is a problem with the insulation floor structure. It was listed as.

Material 1 For example, synthetic resin foam,
A heat insulating floor constructed by directly placing and fixing a floor panel 3 on the upper surface of a drawer 4 with a soft fiberboard or the like inside and a surface board 2 made of plywood, epoxy board, etc. on both surfaces to form a floor surface. Show the structure. In this heat insulating floor structure, the floor panel 3 with the hard heat insulating material 1 inside is fixed to the upper surface of the main drawer 4, so that the floor panel 3 has sufficient support strength against the load that is generally applied to the upper surface of the floor. In addition, since it is laid over the entire upper surface of the main 4, unlike when insulation material was installed between the joists, gaps may occur between the joists and the insulation material, which may deteriorate the insulation effect, or the joists may It constitutes a cold bridge, which reduces the insulation effect and eliminates the problem. Also, when installing joists and insulation material 1 on the main drawer 4 to create an insulated floor structure,
The present invention does not require any joists, and the floor panel 3 can be placed and fixed directly on the upper surface of the drawer 4, so the construction is simple and economical.

The purpose is to increase the heat insulation effect.

A groove 8 between opposing surfaces of the L-shaped frame body 7 is provided with a groove 9.
It can be inserted as is or with an adhesive.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of gaps and ventilation at the ends where the floor panels 3 butt or contact with the joists as in the past.
The timbers 9 installed so as to be constructed between them also serve as a core material in place of a joist, and improve the support strength of the floor panel 3.

This simplifies construction, and since there are extremely few areas without insulation material 1, cold bridges do not occur. In addition, because the butt structure and each unit panel are manufactured in a factory, there is no need to worry about the butt ends, that is, between the joints. Gaps are less likely to occur, and this effect can be expected to be further improved by making the joints have a joint structure or a concrete structure.
