する圧電素子搬送用コンベアーと、該コンベアー
の前記溝に支持された前記圧電素子の前記両端部
の上面を覆うマスキングベルトと、前記マスキン
グベルトで前記両端部の上面を覆われたまま、前
記コンベアーで搬送されてきた前記圧電素子に絶
縁樹脂を静電粉体塗装し、該圧電素子の前記中間
部に絶縁樹脂を形成する静電粉体塗装部と、該静
電粉体塗装部を通過し、前記コンベアーで搬送さ
れてきた、前記絶縁樹脂の形成された前記圧電素
子の該絶縁樹脂の焼付けを行う焼付炉と、該焼付
炉を通過した、前記絶縁樹脂の形成された圧電素
子が排出された後の前記コンベアーの洗浄を行い
、該コンベアーに付着した絶縁樹脂を洗い落とす
洗浄槽とを有し、該洗浄槽を通過した後のコンベ
アに、絶縁塗装すべき圧電素子がセツトされるこ
