回動自在に結合され、二点鎖線1b′で示す如く折
り畳めるよう構成されている。また、前記リム本
体部1aと上部1bとの結合部において、上部1
bの結合部面1cを段差状に形成すると共に、リ
ム本体部1aの結合部面1dもこれに合わせて段
差状に形成しており、これによつて前記上部1b
をリム本体部1aに対して手前方向に180度回動
したとき上部1bの段部1eとリム本体部1aの
段部1fが当接することによつて、それ以上の手
前方向への回動は阻止されるよう構成されてい
る。なお、このときにおいて上部1bの手前方向
と反対方向への回動は何ら規制されないが、その
ための回り止め手段としては、図には明示してい
ないが、二点鎖線で示す如く折り畳んだ状態にあ
る上部1b′とスポーク3の中央部との接触部位置
に設ければよい。

10を揺動可能に支承し、かつこの操作レバー1
0の一端部に係止棒11をピン12を介して回動
自在に支承して成り、さらに前記操作レバー10
をリターンスプリング13により常時矢印B方向
へ付勢した構成としたものである。一方、上部1
b側には前記係止棒11が係入する係入孔14が
180度の角度間隔をおいて2個設けられており、
前記係止棒11をリターンスプリング13の弾性
によつて係入孔14内に押し付けることによつ
て、上部1bのリム本体部1aに対する回り止め
を行なうようにしたものである。この第4図の機
構において、上部1bをリム本体部1aに対して
回動操作する場合は、前記操作レバー10をリタ
ーンスプリング13の弾性に抗して矢印B方向と
反対方向に揺動させて係止棒11を係入孔14か
ら外した後行なうようにする。なお、以上の第3
図及び第4図に示すような機構であると、上部1
bの手前方向への回り止めのみならず、手前方向
と反対方向への回り止めも同時に行なうことがで
きるという利点がある。
