び取付板２３により突片９ａの室内面にそつて下
框９の下面に取付けられている。また、サツシ枠
側取付用の羽根板２１は下向きに開口する凹部２
４を有し、一端で軸２５により羽根板２０に対し
回転自在に連結されるとともに、下端の固定板２
６の部分でサツシ枠８の下枠見込み面に形成され
た２つの係止片２７に対し係り合う２つの係止爪
２８を備えている。この羽根板２１は係止爪２８
を係止片２７に係り合せた状態で上方から挿入し
た取付ねじ２９及びサツシ枠８の下面の取付金具
３０によりサツシ枠８の見込み面に取付けられ
