In this state, each suction seal clamp body 6
After moving forward to the contact position, each suction tool 5 is activated to horizontally suck the opening of the packaging bag 2 slightly below, and then each packaging bag end clamp body 1 is moved to the approach end position. Then, both ends of the opening of the wrapping bag 2 are brought close to each other. When each suction seal clamp body 6 is moved to the remote end position in this state, the slightly lower part of the central opening of the bag 2 that is suctioned by each suction tool 5 is pulled outward, and it is closed. The gate 8 expands and enters the opening of the bag 2, resulting in the state shown in FIGS. 4A and 5B. Then, the rod 28 of the cylinder 27 for rotating the support plate is protruded, and the support plate 2 is rotated.
