The film tearing mechanism 340 is disposed on the envelope housing 310. The film tearing mechanism 340 comprises a film tearing driving part 341 and a film tearing clamp 342 connected with the film tearing driving part 341, the film tearing driving part 341 can drive the film tearing clamp 342 to clamp the protective film 25 on the degummed bag, and drive the film tearing clamp 342 to move so as to separate the protective film 25 from the adhesive tape 24, so that the film tearing bag is obtained.
When the bag sealing device 300 is used for sealing a bag, the packaging bag 20 is placed on the bag sealing station 311, the position of the sealing part 23 of the packaging bag 20 where the adhesive tape 24 is arranged is located at the film tearing end 3112 of the bag sealing station 311, the sealing mechanism 320 presses the part of the sealing part 23 located on the bag sealing station 311, the degumming driving part 331 drives the degumming part 332 to move so as to drive the part of the sealing part 23 located on the outer side of the film tearing end 3112 to move downwards, so that the adhesive tape 24 is separated from the protective film 25 thereon, after the protective film 25 is separated from the adhesive tape 24, the protective film 25 is tilted upwards to obtain a degumming bag, the film tearing driving part 341 drives the film tearing clamp 342 to clamp the protective film 25 on the degumming bag, and drives the film tearing clamp to move so as to separate the protective film 25 from the adhesive tape 24, and obtain the film tearing bag. As shown in fig. 5, in one example, the sealing mechanism 320 includes a sealing driving member 321 and a sealing member 322 connected to the sealing driving member 321, and the sealing driving member 321 can drive the sealing member 322 to act to press the sealing portion 23 on the bag sealing station 311.
In one example, the sealing driving part 321 includes a sealing lifting driver for driving the sealing part 322 to move in a vertical direction and a sealing moving lowering driver for driving the sealing part 322 to move in a horizontal direction.
In one example, the sealing member 322 is a rod-shaped structure.
In one example, there are at least two sets of sealing mechanisms 320, which respectively press the sealing portion 23 from both sides of the sealing portion 23 to improve the stability of pressing.
As shown in fig. 5, in one example, the degumming drive unit 331 has a degumming lifting drive connected to the degumming unit 332 for driving the degumming unit 332 to move in a vertical direction.
In one example, the degumming member 332 is a rod-like structure.
As shown in fig. 5, in one example, the tearing driving part 341 includes a tearing movement driver and a tearing clamping driver, the tearing clamping driver is connected to the tearing clamp 342 for driving the tearing clamp 342 to clamp the protective film 25, and the tearing clamping driver is connected to the tearing movement driver. The film tearing moving driver is movably connected to the bag sealing machine base 310, and is used for driving the film tearing clamping driver and the film tearing clamp 342 to integrally move in the horizontal direction.
In one example, a tear guide 343 is provided on the envelope support 310, and a tear clamping driver is connected to the tear guide 343 and is movable along the tear guide 343 to effect the articulation. Wherein, the film tearing guide 343 can be a slide rail.
As shown in fig. 5, in one example, the bag sealing device 300 further includes a top sealing mechanism disposed on the stand below the bag sealing station 311. The top sealing mechanism is used for jacking the sealing part 23 of the film tearing bag to obtain the top sealing bag. In this example, the sealing member 322 is first removed, for example, lifted upwards, and then the top sealing mechanism is activated to lift the sealing portion 23 of the film tearing bag, so as to facilitate the subsequent folding of the sealing portion 23 onto the first bag body 21 for bonding.
In one example, the top sealing mechanism includes a top sealing driving member 350 and a top sealing plate (not shown in the figures) connected to the top sealing driving member 350, and the top sealing driving member 350 is used for driving the top sealing plate to act so as to lift the sealing portion 23 of the degumming bag. For example, the top sealing driving part 350 may drive the top sealing plate to be lifted or turned over to lift the sealing portion 23 of the degumming bag.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in one example, the bag sealing device 300 further includes a push sealing mechanism 360, and the push sealing mechanism 360 is disposed on the base. The push sealing mechanism 360 includes a push sealing driving component 361 and a push sealing component 362 connected to the push sealing driving component 361, and the push sealing driving component 361 can drive the push sealing component 362 to push the sealing part 23 of the top sealing bag towards the bag sealing station 311, so that the adhesive tape 24 is bonded to the first bag body 21 to obtain the glued bag. Thus, the bag sealing device 300 can automatically complete the bag sealing operation.
In one example, the push seal driving part 361 includes a push seal lifting driver and a push seal retracting driver. The push seal lifting driver is used for driving the push seal member 362 to move in the vertical direction so as to adjust the proper push-out height. The push seal telescopic driver is used for driving the push seal component 362 to move close to or away from the bag sealing station 311 in the horizontal direction so as to push the seal part 23.
In the illustrated embodiment, the push seal lifting driver is connected to the bag sealing machine base 310, the push seal telescopic driver is connected to the push seal lifting driver, the push seal member 362 is connected to the push seal telescopic driver, and the push seal lifting driver is configured to drive the push seal telescopic driver and the push seal member 362 to move in a vertical direction integrally.
In one example, the sealing member 362 includes a first push arm and a second push arm that are provided to be opposed to each other in the horizontal direction, and the first push arm and the second push arm have a space therebetween for avoiding the sealing mechanism to smoothly perform the operation of pushing the sealing portion 23. In the particular example illustrated, the push seal member 362 is a C-shaped structure.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in one example, the bag sealing device 300 further includes a glue pressing mechanism 370, the glue pressing mechanism 370 is disposed on the base, and the glue pressing mechanism 370 is used for pressing the glue position of the glued bag. More specifically, the pressure sealing mechanism 370 includes a pressure sealing driving component and a pressure sealing component connected to the pressure sealing driving component, and the pressure sealing driving component can drive the pressure sealing component to ascend or descend.
In the particular example illustrated, the bag sealer 300 further includes a bag body pressing mechanism 380, the bag body pressing mechanism 380 being disposed on the bag sealer stand 310. The bag pressing body mechanism 380 includes a bag pressing body driving component 381 and a bag pressing body component 382 connected to the bag pressing body driving component 381, and the bag pressing body driving component 381 can drive the bag pressing body component 382 to press the bag body of the packaging bag 20 when the feeding mechanism 230 conveys the packaging bag 20 to the bag sealing station 311. Thus, the positional deviation of the package 20 when the feeding member 232 of the feeding mechanism 230 is withdrawn can be prevented.
In one example, the bag sealing device 300 further includes a receiving mechanism 390, and the receiving mechanism 390 is disposed on the bag sealing machine base 310. The receiving mechanism 390 includes a receiving driving member and a receiving member connected to the receiving driving member, the receiving driving member can drive the receiving member to move the bonding bag away from the bag sealing station 311, for example, the receiving driving member drives the receiving member to move the bonding bag away from the bag sealing station 311.
Further, the present invention also provides a bagging method using the bagging apparatus 200 of any of the above examples or the packaging device 100 of any of the above examples, the bagging method including the steps of:
placing the object to be packaged 10 at a placing station 2112, and placing the packaging bag at a bag placing station 2122;
controlling the adsorption part 221 to suck open the bag mouth of the packaging bag;
controlling the feeding driving part 231 to drive the feeding part 232 to act so as to push the object 10 to be packaged into the packaging bag;
controlling the feeding mechanism 230 to convey the packaging bag loaded with the object to be packaged to the bag sealing device 300;
the bag sealing device 300 is controlled to seal the packaging bag filled with the object to be packaged.
The present invention will be further described below by taking as an example a work flow of the packaging apparatus 100 illustrating a specific example.
The workflow of the packaging apparatus 100 illustrating a specific example includes the steps of:
placing the object to be packaged 10 at a placing station 2112;
the bag placing lifting driving component 240 drives the bag placing table 212 to descend, so that the bag placing table 211 is separated from the bag placing table 212, a stack of packaging bags are placed at the bag placing station 2122, and the bag placing lifting driving component 240 drives the bag placing table 212 to ascend until the bag placing table 211 is matched with the bag placing table 212 to clamp a sealing part of the packaging bags;
the suction lifting driving part 222 of the bag opening mechanism 220 drives the suction part 221 to descend to approach the packaging bag, and after the suction part 221 sucks the first bag body of the packaging bag, the suction part 221 ascends to open the bag opening, as shown in fig. 6;
the height limiting lifting driving part 252 of the height limiting mechanism 250 drives the height limiting plate 251 to descend;
the first direction driver 2311 in the feeding driving component 231 drives the feeding component 232 to move along the first direction, so as to scoop up and push the packaging bag, and the packaging bag enters the packaging bag through the lower part of the height limiting plate 251, and at this time, the scooping plate 2321 of the feeding component 232 also extends into the packaging bag;
the height limiting lifting driving part 252 drives the height limiting plate 251 to ascend, and the bag placing lifting driving part 240 drives the bag placing table 212 to descend;
the feeding driving part 231 drives the feeding part 232 to move, so that the packaging bag filled with the packaging material is conveyed to the bag sealing station 311, and the position of the sealing part 23 of the packaging bag 20, which is provided with the adhesive tape 24, is positioned at the film tearing end 3112 of the bag sealing station 311;
the bag pressing body driving component 381 of the bag pressing body mechanism 380 drives the bag pressing body component 382 to press the packaging bag 20, and the feeding component is withdrawn;
the sealing mechanism 320 presses the sealing portion 23 on the bag-sealing station 311, as shown in fig. 7;
the degumming mechanism 330 drives the degumming component 331 to drive the degumming component 332 to descend so as to drive the part of the sealing part 23 located at the outer side of the film tearing end 3112 to move downwards, so that the adhesive tape 24 is separated from the protective film 25 thereon, and after the protective film 25 is separated from the adhesive tape 24, the protective film 25 is tilted upwards to obtain a degumming bag, as shown in fig. 8;
the film tearing driving part 341 of the film tearing mechanism 340 drives the film tearing clamp 342 to clamp the protective film 25 on the degummed bag, and drives the film tearing clamp 342 to move so as to separate the protective film 25 from the adhesive tape 24, so as to obtain a film tearing bag, as shown in fig. 9;
the degumming component 332 is withdrawn, and the top sealing driving component 350 of the top sealing mechanism drives the top sealing plate to act so as to jack up the sealing part 23 of the degumming bag;
a sealing pushing driving component 361 of the sealing pushing mechanism 360 drives the sealing pushing component 362 to push the sealing part 23 of the top sealing bag towards the bag sealing station 311, so that the adhesive tape 24 is bonded to the first bag body 21 to obtain a bonded bag, as shown in fig. 10;
the sealing component 362 is pushed away, and the sealing driving component of the sealing mechanism 370 drives the sealing component to press down the bonding position of the bonding bag, so that the bonding is firmer;
the glue pressing component and the bag pressing body component 382 are removed, and the material receiving driving component of the material receiving mechanism 390 drives the material receiving component to push the glue-bonded bag away from the bag sealing station 311, so as to complete the packaging work.
When the packaging equipment 100 is used for bagging the object to be packaged 10, the object to be packaged 10 is placed at the emptying station 2112, the packaging bag is placed at the bag placing station 2122, the adsorption component 221 is controlled to suck the bag opening of the packaging bag, and then the feeding driving component 231 is controlled to drive the feeding component 232 to act so as to push the object to be packaged 10 into the packaging bag. Above-mentioned sack filling device 200 can improve the degree of automation of packing, uses manpower sparingly, improves production efficiency.

the bag opening mechanism is arranged on the bagging machine base and is provided with an adsorption part, the adsorption part is arranged above the bag placing station, and the adsorption part can suck and open the bag opening of the packaging bag through air suction; and
feeding mechanism sets up on the bagging-off frame, feeding mechanism includes pay-off driver part and connects in pay-off driver part's pay-off part, pay-off driver part can drive pay-off part moves, in order to incite somebody to action treat the packing material to push in the wrapping bag, feeding mechanism still is used for packing into treat the wrapping bag of packing material and transport extremely the envelope device carries out the envelope.
2. The packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the emptying station has a height greater than a height of the bag emptying station.

The packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said bagging base includes a discharge table and a bag placing table, said discharge table has said discharge station, said bag placing table has said bag placing station, one end of said bag placing table is located below said discharge table, said bagging device further includes a bag placing lifting drive member, said bag placing lifting drive member is connected to said bag placing table, said bag placing lifting drive member can drive said bag placing table to rise, so that said discharge table and said bag placing table cooperate to clamp one end of said packaging bag.

The packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bagging device further comprises a height-limiting mechanism provided on said bagging base, said height-limiting mechanism having a height-limiting plate provided above an end of said bagging station close to said discharge station, the height of a lower side surface of said height-limiting plate being gradually reduced in a feeding direction of said articles to be packed.
5. The packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the feeding member includes a shoveling plate connected to the feeding drive member and a feeding plate provided on the shoveling plate, the shoveling plate being close to the bagging base.

The packaging apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the feeding driving part includes a first direction driver for driving the feeding part to move in a first direction, a second direction driver for driving the feeding part to move in a second direction, and a vertical direction driver for driving the feeding part to move in a vertical direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are two directions perpendicular to each other in a horizontal plane.
7. The packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4 and 6, wherein the bag sealing device comprises:
the bag sealing machine base is provided with a bag sealing station for placing the packaging bags, the bag sealing station is provided with a film tearing end, the film tearing end is used for placing the position of an adhesive tape arranged on the sealing part of the packaging bag, and the outer side of the film tearing end is suspended in the air;
the bag sealing machine comprises a bag sealing machine base, a bag sealing part and a bag sealing mechanism, wherein the bag sealing machine base is arranged on the bag sealing machine base;
the degumming mechanism is arranged on the bag sealing machine base and comprises a degumming driving part and a degumming part connected with the degumming driving part, and the degumming driving part can drive the degumming part to move so as to drive the part of the sealing part positioned at the outer side of the film tearing end to move downwards, so that the adhesive tape is separated from the protective film on the adhesive tape, and a degumming bag is obtained; and
dyestripping mechanism sets up on the envelope frame, dyestripping mechanism including dyestripping driver part and with the dyestripping anchor clamps that dyestripping driver part connects, dyestripping driver part can drive dyestripping anchor clamps are cliied on the bag that comes unstuck the protection film, and the drive dyestripping anchor clamps remove so that the protection film with the adhesive tape separation obtains the dyestripping bag.
8. A packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the degumming drive member has a degumming lift drive connected to the degumming member for driving the degumming member in a vertical direction.

The packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the tear-off driving component includes a tear-off moving driver and a tear-off clamping driver, the tear-off clamping driver is connected to the tear-off clamp for driving the tear-off clamp to clamp the protective film, the tear-off clamping driver is connected to the tear-off moving driver, the tear-off moving driver is movably connected to the envelope base, and the tear-off moving driver is used for driving the tear-off clamping driver and the tear-off clamp to move in a horizontal direction integrally.
10. The packaging apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein a tear guide is provided on the envelope support, the tear clamp drive being coupled to the tear guide, the tear clamp drive being movable along the tear guide.

The packaging equipment as claimed in any one of claims 8-10, wherein the bag sealing device further comprises a top sealing mechanism, the top sealing mechanism is arranged on the machine base and located below the bag sealing station, and the top sealing mechanism is used for jacking up the sealing part of the film tearing bag to obtain the top sealing bag.

The packaging apparatus of claim 11, wherein the top sealing mechanism comprises a top sealing driving member and a top sealing plate connected to the top sealing driving member, the top sealing driving member being configured to drive the top sealing plate to act to lift the sealing portion of the debonding bag.

The packaging apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the bag sealing device further includes a push sealing mechanism, the push sealing mechanism is disposed on the base, the push sealing mechanism includes a push sealing driving component and a push sealing component connected to the push sealing driving component, the push sealing driving component can drive the push sealing component to push the sealing portion of the top sealing bag towards the bag sealing station, so that the adhesive tape is bonded to the bag body of the top sealing bag to obtain the adhesive bonding bag.

The packaging apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the push-seal driving means includes a push-seal lifting driver for driving the push-seal member to move in a vertical direction and a push-seal telescopic driver for driving the push-seal member to approach or depart from the bag-sealing station in a horizontal direction.
15. A packaging method using the packaging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 14, comprising the steps of:
placing a to-be-packaged object at the material placing station, and placing a packaging bag at the bag placing station;
controlling the adsorption part to suck open the bag opening of the packaging bag;
controlling the feeding driving component to drive the feeding component to act so as to push the objects to be packaged into the packaging bag;
controlling the feeding mechanism to convey the packaging bag filled with the to-be-packaged object to the bag sealing device;
and controlling the bag sealing device to seal the packaging bag filled with the to-be-packaged material.
