Conventionally, power slaves in power manipulator systems were attached and detached using a desk, wooden frame, etc.
Five skilled workers spend long hours trying to get the core of the mounting part out. In addition, it is expected that there will be more opportunities to use power manipulator systems in cells where radioactive materials are present, and in such cases, it will be necessary to attach and detach power slaves using support equipment alone, without manual intervention.

An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. As shown in the figure, wheel seats 7 are attached to the four corners of the bottom of a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped frame 1 as a moving mechanism, and each wheel seat 7 is provided with a wheel 8. A stopper bolt 11 is attached to this wheel seat 7 so that it can be fixed at a designated location. On the other hand, the front side of the frame 1 is open, and the power slave 5 is accommodated from the front side of the frame 1 and held vertically. A lower pedestal 3, an upper pedestal 4, a mounting bracket 6, etc. for supporting the power slave 5 are provided on the upper surface of the frame 1.
The lower pedestal 3 and the upper pedestal 4 are ring-shaped with the front side corresponding to the opening of the frame 1 cut out so that the power slave 5 can be held inside the frame 1 (see Figs. 2 and 4). (See Figure 3). This lower pedestal 3
is attached to the upper surface of the frame 1 via a spring 2 as a first spring so as to be movable up and down, and the lower holder 3
An upper pedestal 4 is fitted onto the upper surface of the frame 1 so as to be rotatable around an axis perpendicular to the upper surface of the frame 1. That is, FIG. 4a,
As shown in FIG. 1B, a fixing plate 9 is welded to the upper surface of the frame 1, and a lower holder 3 is attached to the fixing plate 9 so as to be vertically movable. Six opposing recesses are formed on the upper surface of the fixing plate 9 and the opposing lower surface of the lower pedestal 3, and the springs 2 are fitted into each of the recesses. A bolt 10 vertically passes through the spring 2, the fixed plate 9, and the lower pedestal 3, and the upper and lower ends of the bolt 10 are connected to the lower pedestal 3 and the fixed plate 9.
It is fixed with a nut. Therefore, the lower cradle 3
The impact load applied to the spring 2 is absorbed or alleviated by the spring 2. Note that there is a slight gap between the fixed plate 9 and the lower holder 3, so the lower holder 3
Not only can it move up and down, but it can also swing to some extent in the front, back, left and right directions. Also, spring 2
The arrangement and spring constant may be appropriately set in consideration of the center of gravity or weight of the power slave 5. Furthermore, an upper pedestal 4 is mounted on the lower pedestal 3 via a ball bearing 12 and a roller 13. As shown in FIG. 4a, the ball bearings 12 are fitted onto vertical shafts that protrude downward in appropriate numbers from the periphery of the upper pedestal 4, and are in rolling contact with the outer circumferential surface of the lower pedestal 3. It's getting old. Also, Figures 3 and 4b
As shown in FIG. 1, a suitable number of recesses are formed on the upper surface of the lower pedestal 3, and a roller 13 having a horizontal axis is rotatably mounted in the recesses. Therefore, the upper pedestal 4 can smoothly rotate around the vertical axis direction with the rolling of the ball bearings 12 and rollers 13. Also, this upper cradle 4
Spring 15 as a second spring supporting in the rotational direction
is provided, and the rotation of the upper support stand 4 is controlled by the spring 15 from side to side.
It is now possible to regulate the angle to around 5°. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the spring holders 14 facing both ends of the upper holder 4 are fixed to the lower holder 3, and the spring holders 14 are fixed to both ends of the upper holder 4.
A spring 15 is interposed between each of them. Therefore, even if the upper pedestal 4 is rotated from side to side, it will return to its original position due to the action of the spring 15.

On the other hand, mounting brackets 6 for attaching the power slave 5 are fixed on the upper pedestal 4 on the left and right sides. The mounting bracket 6 has an insertion portion at the top, and this insertion portion has a tapered shape that widens upward. Plate-shaped mounting fittings 16 are vertically mounted on the left and right sides of the mounting tap holes of the power slave 5, respectively. The mounting bracket 16 has a tapered shape that becomes thinner toward the bottom. Therefore, the mounting bracket 16 of this power slave 5 is connected to the mounting bracket 6 of the upper holder 4.
By inserting the power slave 5 into the insertion portion of the power slave 5, the power slave 5 can be fixed to the attachment/detachment device under its own weight.

When removing the power slave 5 using the power manipulator attaching/detaching device of the present invention having the above configuration, the procedure is as follows. First, the attachment/detachment device is moved below the power slave 5 and fixed with the stopper bolt 11. so that the mounting bracket 6 of the upper pedestal 4 is in a predetermined position relative to the mounting bracket 16 of the power slave 5 suspended on the moving device 19.
The lower pedestal 3 is moved up and down, or the upper pedestal 4 is rotated left and right. After this, as shown in FIG. 5, rotate the lever 17 of the moving device 19 to move the power slave 5.
The power slave is disengaged from the engaging portion 18 and the power slave is lowered. At this time, power slave 5 mounting bracket 1
Even if there is an angular or positional misalignment between the mounting bracket 6 and the mounting bracket 6 of the upper holder 4, the insertion portion of the mounting bracket 6 and the mounting bracket 16 are tapered, so that they can be easily fitted together. In addition, the impact caused by the fall of the power slave 5 is caused by the vertical movement caused by the spring 2 and by the spring 1.
The power slave 5, the upper support 4, the lower support 3, etc. are less likely to be damaged. After the power slave 5 is attached to the attachment/detachment device in this manner, the attachment/detachment device is moved to a predetermined location, and the power slave 5 is replaced or stored.
