Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、開封の際アンプル材料破片等の異物が混入す
るおそれのない安全アンプルに関するもので、アンプル
をカットする際にガラス粉等アンプル構成材料破片等が
アンプルの薬液中に落ちない安全アンプルである。
第１図に示すような従来のアンプルは、薬液を収容する
胴部１の上に、切込用頚部２を有する細い頭部３を有し
、胴部の中心線１′と切込用頚部のなす面の中心に直交
する線２′とが一致しており、第２図に示すように切込
用頚部２をヤスリ等で切って、頭部３を胴部１から折り
取って開封する際、頭部３の破断面９からガラス破片４
やヤスリ粉４′が薬液５中に混入し、これらが注射され
体内で種々の障害を起す危険性がある０通常アンプル内
の圧力は低いので、頭部３を折り取る際、破断面９から
予想外に多くのガラス片等が吸込まれるものであり、近
年特にこれを解決することを強く要望されているのに今
日に到るも解決が見出されていない。
本発明は破断面９から落下するアンプル材料破片等をす
べてアンプルの外に落ちるようにするアンプルであり、
これにより破断面かあのアンプル材料破片等が薬液中に
混入することをくい止めることができ、人体の安全を確
保する事ができる。
第３図は本発明実施例のアンプルを示し、胴部１の中心
線１′と、頭部３の切込用頚部のなす面の中心に直交す
る線２′が一致せずに交差し図のように中の薬液５が頚
部２と接触しない範囲でアンプルを傾けた場合、頚部２
のくびれ方向ＡＡ’が水平線ＢＢ’となす角αが９０６
またはそれより大となった場合、頚部２のくびれ線方向
をアンプルの中心線と直角の方向ＣＣ′に対し角βだけ
傾斜させて設けたものであり、図のようにアンプルを傾
けて頚部２から頭部３を折り取れば、頚部の切断面が垂
直方向から下向きとなり、アンプル材料破片等がアンプ
ル外に落ちて、薬液中に混入することが防止される。
本発明は上記のごと（ガラス粉等が注射液に混入しない
ので人体の安全が保てる非常に有意義な発明である。
尚、上記のほか種々の変形が考えられるが之等はすべて
本発明に含まれるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 薬液を収容する胴部の上に、それより細い頭部を有し、
    前記頭部に切断切込線を前記胴部の直交面の中心軸に対
    し傾斜しているように設けた事を特徴とする安全アンプ
    ル。
