（従来の技術）
第３図は、従来のスピーカ布張り工程を示している。同
図に示すように、従来は布１１の上に枠１２を載せ、張
力を作業者が加減しながら、布１１をたたみ針金１３を
数本用いてとめ、タッカ−１４で布１１を枠１２に固定
したのち、カッターで枠１２に沿って布１１を切り取っ
ていた。このように従来は治具なし工程でもスピーカに

上記従来のスピーカ布張り工程では、布の張力を作業者
が手で加減していたため、作業者の熟練度を要し、未熟
な作業者が行なうと布を一定の張力で張ることができず
