実施例
レストランで用いられていた1Kg以上の鉄鋳物
製ビフテキ皿を母型にして、アルミ鋳物1を作り
重量を測つたところ、アルミ鋳物1が400g、鉄

考案の効果
本考案は食器は、アルミ鋳物の表面に鉄等のア
ルミより硬い金属を溶射して硬度の高い保護皮膜
を作り、その上から耐熱塗料を塗装して仕上げた
食器であつて、特に、ビフテキ用の皿としての使
用に適している。上記金属溶射層は、ポーラス
で、10〜20%のすき間があるので、このすき間や
表面のこまかなくぼみを埋め、水分の浸入による
酸化防止及び汚れが付きにくくする必要等から塗
装を施している。即ち、金属溶射層に耐熱塗料を

面の平滑化、汚れの浸入防止、アルミ鋳物の酸化
による金属溶射層の剥離防止等を図るためであ

してあることによつて、ビフテキ用皿として用い
た場合、皿上の肉をナイフで切つても、アルミ鋳
物は硬い金属溶射層で保護されているため、アル
ミ鋳物が凹んだり、すじ状に傷付く恐れもない。
又、ビフテキ皿として使用する場合、毎回この皿
をガスの直火で200〜300℃に加熱して用いられる
が、耐熱塗料層及び鉄等のアルミニウムより硬い
金属溶射層は、これらの加熱に耐えて内側のアル
ミ鋳物を保護する。このように、本考案の食器
は、鉄鋳物製食器に比べて、硬度及び耐熱性を同
等に維持しつつ重量を1/2以下とし得るので、持
ち運びや洗浄作業のとき取扱いやすく、錆付きや
