まり急激に注湯すると湯が容器から溢れたり、は
ねたりして火傷を負うおそれがあること、又容器
の内側面と麺塊との間に空隙がないので注湯後麺
塊の湯戻りが遅く、供食できるまでの時間が長く
なるという欠点があつた。
