To prevent this, a sealer such as body sealer, drip sealer (PVC plastisol), windshield sealer, spot weld sealer (butyl rubber, etc.) or caulking putty (polybdenum) is filled into this joint using a sealing gun.

It allows more water to flow out. Moreover, in this sealing gun 1, the tip 6 of the nozzle 5 is formed into a simple cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. A notch 7 is formed therein.

When sealing the stepped portion 9 of the adherends 8a, 8b as shown in FIG. If the sealer S is simply cylindrical in cross section, the sealer S to be flowed out will also have a substantially circular cross section and will simply bulge up. Therefore, in order to reliably seal this stepped portion, after filling the sealer S, it is necessary to perform a so-called wiping operation using a brush or the like so as to completely cover the stepped portion 9, as shown in Fig. 3b. No.

This has no choice but to be a tedious task.

ある。 The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and aims to provide a sealing gun that can perform sealing work smoothly and quickly. In this sealing gun, the pressure-fed sealer flows out from the nozzle tip onto the adherend by pulling a trigger attached to the main body, and the nozzle tip is connected to a flat base and an opposite side of the flat base. The point is that the surface portion is composed of a pointed end portion that protrudes in a medium-height shape.

It is molded into a medium-high shape. If you make this medium-high shape, the tip part 1
The ejection opening formed in step 3 allows the sealer S to flow out not only forwardly but also to the sides, increasing the diffusion rate when filling the sealer. In this case, the flat base 1
If a notch 15 is formed in the side wall 12a of No. 2 by a predetermined length from the tip 13, the diffusion rate of the sealer S will be higher than in the case where only the opening 16 is formed by the tip 13.

The sealing gun 10 is tilted at a predetermined angle with respect to the surface of the nozzle 8b, and the trigger 4 of the nozzle 5 is pulled. The sealer S that is pressure-fed through the hose 3 is fed through the main body 2 and flows out from the nozzle 5 onto the stepped portion 9.

While entering the inside, fill in the step part 9 and cut out the other notch part 15 and side edge 1.
The sealer S flowing out from the sealer 3b flows onto the adherend 8b.

The nozzle tip 11 can be moved along the corner 9, so that the apex portion 14 serves as a kind of guide.

Therefore, there is no need to perform correction work using a brush even in areas with steps, and sealing can be performed reliably and quickly.
