[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) The present invention involves cutting out cutouts representing marks, advertising characters, etc. from a colored film, and temporarily attaching the cutouts to a substrate when the cutouts are glued to a substrate. The present invention relates to an auxiliary resin film for adhering and holding a cutout piece to a mating substrate correctly and without wrinkles.

To carry out this method, conventionally, a cutting sheet 3 is prepared by applying an adhesive 11 to the back side of a colored film 1 and pasting a release paper 2 as shown in FIG. 4, and a cutting sheet 3 as shown in FIG. An auxiliary sheet 6 is prepared by applying an adhesive 41 to the back surface of a transparent film 4 and pasting a release paper 5 thereon.

e As shown in FIG. 7, wet the adhesive surface of the film 4 with water, place it on a predetermined position on the substrate 7, and use a rubber spatula 8 or the like to scrape out air and water between the substrate 7 and the film 4. Rub.

f When the film 4 is peeled off after waiting for the space between the film 4 and the substrate 7 to dry as shown in FIG.
Since the adhesive force on the back side of the film 4 is stronger than that of the film 4, the cutout piece 12 is adhered to the substrate 7 and only the film 4 is peeled off. It is depicted.

(Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) In the above-mentioned step e, when scraping out water and air between the film 4 and the substrate 7 with the rubber spatula 8,
The outer periphery of the film 4 sticks to the substrate 7 and blocks the escape of air and water, making it impossible to completely push them out. Therefore, air or water accumulates between the cutout piece 12 and the substrate 7, and a portion of the cutout piece 12 often rises from the substrate 7, causing wrinkles and resulting in a poor finish.

Furthermore, when the film 4 is peeled off from the substrate 7 while the gap between the film 4 and the substrate 7 is wet, the cutout piece 12 sticks to the film 4 and lifts up. It is necessary to leave it for a long time to dry for about a week after it is pasted on it and before it is removed, resulting in extremely poor construction performance and high costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A large number of small holes 42 were opened in a substantially uniform distribution over the entire surface of the film 4 whose back surface was coated with an adhesive 41.

(Operations and Effects) After the above steps a to d, the film 4 is transferred to the substrate 7.
When the film 4 is rubbed with a rubber spatula 8 or the like, water and air between the film 4 and the substrate 7 are pushed out through the small holes 42 of the film 4.

Therefore, the inconvenience of air being trapped between the film 4 and the substrate 7 is eliminated, and furthermore, the moisture remaining between the film 4 and the substrate 7 quickly evaporates through the small holes 42 of the film 4, even in winter. It can be sufficiently dried in half a day, dramatically improving execution efficiency.

The diameter of the small hole 42 is approximately 0.5 to 5 mm, and the distance between the centers of adjacent small holes is 3 to 5 mm depending on the diameter of the hole 42.
The diameter is preferably about 20 mm, but it is not limited to this, and can be determined by taking into consideration the workability when rubbing the sheet with the rubber spatula 8 and the workability when forming the small holes 42 in the sheet 6.

Peel off the film 4 from the release paper 5 and follow the steps c to f above.
It is used as described in the process, but since the small holes 42 are developed in a substantially uniform distribution over the entire surface of the film 4, no matter where the cutout piece 12 is placed on the film 4, the small holes 42 can be used. It can demonstrate the effect of removing air and water.

Note that if the film 4 is transparent, the position of the cutout piece 12 can be confirmed through the film 4 and the workability is good, but the method is not limited to this, and semi-transparent, opaque, or colored films can also be used. It is possible.
