Generally, when creating colored designs for posters, etc., in order to prevent uneven paint application and paint from protruding from the outline of the design,
A so-called masking method is often used, in which a paper pattern cut out according to the design is closely overlapped with the colored surface to form a masking material, and then the paint is sprayed with an air sprayer or the like while the masking material is interposed. It is being By the way, in this masking method, it is necessary to cut out a film pattern made of celluloid or polymer resin such as polyethylene along the outline of the design using a sharp cutting tool such as a knife. Because they were cut out while being placed directly and closely on the base paper on which the design was written, they had the drawback of damaging the surface of the base paper during the cutting process or cutting out the base paper at the same time.

The structure of the present invention will be explained based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 1 is a paper pattern in which the present invention is implemented, and the paper pattern 1 has an adhesive 2 having an appropriate adhesive force on the back side. An original film material 3 coated on the
It is composed of a transparent peeling film material 4. That is, the paper pattern 1 is formed by adhering an original film material 3 and a release film material 4 in two layers with an adhesive 2, but in this embodiment, the original film material 3 is made of polyester or the like. The peeling film material 4 is formed into a thin film shape using a polymer resin such as polyester or polypropylene. Furthermore, the surface of the original film material 3 has been rubbed to make it translucent, and this rubbing process allows writing on the surface of the original film material 3 with a pencil or the like, as well as cutting out and During the peeling operation, the original film material 3 and the peeling film material 4 can be visually distinguished clearly. The paper pattern 1 constructed in this way is in the form of a band with a predetermined width, and can be cut into appropriate lengths as necessary, or can be used in the form of a flat plate of a predetermined size. It's okay if it's old,
In this embodiment, a cut line 5 is further cut at a predetermined width along the side of the release film material 4, and the adhesive on the back surface of the original film 3 exposed when it is peeled off. 2 allows the pattern 1 to be fixed to the base paper 6.

Next, the operation of the present invention constructed as described above will be explained. To cut out the original film material 3 based on the design written on the base paper 6 (in this example, it is T-shaped), cut out the side part 4a of the release film material 4 on the pattern 1 of an appropriate size. Peeling (FIG. 3A), both sides 4 of the original film material 3
The paper pattern 1 is adhered and fixed to the paper pattern 6 via the adhesive 2 exposed by peeling off the paper pattern 1 (FIG. 3B).
Thereafter, the original film material 3 is cut out along the outline of the design drawn on the original paper 6 using a cutter knife 7 (FIG. 3C). After the design is cut out on the original film material 3 in this way, the pattern paper 1 is separated from the original paper 6, and then the release film material 4 is peeled off from the original film material 3, or the cutout piece 3a is removed from the release film material 3. It peels off from the material 4 (Fig. 3D).
In this embodiment, the cut out original film material 3 is adhesively fixed to the coloring base paper 6a via the adhesive 2 on the back side, and this is used as a masking material, and then paint is applied with an airbrush 8 (FIG. 3E). After
When the original film material 3 is peeled off from the base paper 6, the design portion of the base paper 6 will be colored (third
Figure F). Furthermore, if necessary, a two-color design with clear outlines can be created by adhesively fixing the cutout piece 3a in accordance with the colored portion and applying paint of another color using the airbrush 8.

In such coloring work, when cutting out the original film material 3, since the paper pattern 1 is composed of the upper original film material 3 and the lower release film material 4, the original film material 3 is cut out. Even if the base paper 1 is cut out, it is possible to effectively prevent the lower peeling film material 4 from acting as a blade abutment member of the cutter knife 7 and damaging the base paper 1, as shown in FIG. Moreover, in this case, the release film material 4 is transparent and the design on the base paper can be seen through from the surface side of the original film material 3, so the base paper 6 is protected by the release film material 4. However, the cutting operation of the original film material 3 will not be hindered at all.

In this example, the original film material 3
The paper pattern 1 is made translucent by the rubbing process, and the release film material 4 is made transparent, but the present invention is not limited to this. Any material may be used as long as it is composed of a film material 3 and a peeling film material 4. In short, the original film material 3 can be formed by the peeling film material 4.
It is sufficient that the design is visible when viewed from the side and does not interfere with the cutting work.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the side portions 4a of the release film material 4 can be peeled off separately, and the pattern 1 is fixed to the base paper 6 by peeling off the side portions 4a. There is an advantage that the paper pattern 1 with the release film material 4 can be fixed to the base paper 6 by using the adhesive 2 of step 3 as is. Needless to say, it may be fixed at 6.

Furthermore, since the surface of the original film material 3 is rubbed, it is possible to write on the surface with a pencil, allowing notes, marks, etc. to be written freely during work, and marks, ruled lines, designs, etc. can be written in advance. It has the advantage that it can be printed out, which is convenient.

In summary, the present invention provides a release film material that is superimposed on a base paper on which a design is drawn, and then cut out according to the design to form a coloring master film material, through an adhesive applied to the master film material. The release film material is made of a see-through member that allows the design on the base paper to be seen from the side of the original film material, so when producing a coloring master plate in accordance with the design. Since the original film material is applied to the base paper as a two-layer pattern together with the release film material and cut out, the release film material acts as a blade contact member of the cutting tool and the base paper is damaged. This can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, even though the release film material that prevents damage to the base paper is interposed between the base paper and the original film material, it is formed of a see-through member, so that the design cannot be seen from the original film material side. This allows the cutting operation to be carried out smoothly without blocking the visual line.
