【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は逆止弁、安全弁等の水栓用弁体の取付
構造に関するものである。

従来、水栓用弁体の取付構造は弁体に貫通孔を
設け、これに挿通したビスを被取付物に締付けて
固定するようにしたものが多い。しかしながらこ
のような取付構造ではビスの締付け加減が非常に
むつかしいものであつた。即ち水栓用弁体は普通
ゴム等の弾性材料で出来ているのでビスの締付け
が強すぎるとゴムが圧縮されすぎて切れてしまい
反対に締付けが少なすぎると使用中にビスが緩ん
で不良品が生じ易い欠点があつた。

よりも若干大径の膨出頭部dを一体に設け、その
膨出頭部のdを透孔bに通過させて取付けるもの
であるが、透孔bを膨出頭部dが通過する時に該
膨出頭部の外周部分が軸材c側に押し曲げられて
変形することにより透孔bの長さより弁板aの裏
面から膨出頭部dの基部までの寸法のほうが短か
くなるため膨出頭部dが容易に透孔bを通過せず
不完全な組付状態になり易く外れ易い欠点があ
り、そのために組付作業に慎重を要することとな
るなど作業性も悪い欠点があつた。

円錐体を前記被取付物の取付孔に当てがい弁本体
の取付面とは反対側の面を前記凹窪部が弾性変形
するまで押圧することにより前記円錐体を前記取
付孔に貫通させる構成としたもので、ワンタツチ
で取付け得て、しかも不良なく確実に固定できる
ようにしたものである。

板6aの内側面に当接し、取付面1aが基板6a
の外側面に当接して弁本体1を被取付物6に対し
て確実に取付け固定することができる。

弁本体1は該コイルばね14の弾発付勢で押圧さ
れて常に弁座13に密接され、管10を矢示方向
に流れる水の水圧でコイルばね14の弾発付勢に
抗して押されて通孔11を開放し、水を接続管1
2へと流出させる。そして水の水圧がコイルばね
14の弾発力より弱まれば図示する閉止状態とな
る動作をなすものである。

するまで押圧することにより前記円錐体を前記取
付孔に貫通させるようにしたものであるから、ワ
ンタツチ操作でもつて簡単に取付けることができ
る。さらに取付けられた状態では弁本体の取付面
と円錐体の底面とが取付孔を設けた基板の内側面
と外側面にきつちりと係止されていて緩みを生じ
るようなことはない。
