【考案の詳細な説明】
産業上の利用分野
本考案は浸漬ノズル表面の酸化防止処理装置に
関する。

従来の技術
連続鋳造法で使用される浸漬ノズルは、取鍋と
タンデイシユ間で使用されるロングノズルと、タ
ンデイシユとモールド間で使用されるイマージヨ
ンノズルに分けられ、その材質は高アルミナカー
ボン質、ジルコニアカーボン質であり、また要求
される性質は浸漬部の耐食性、耐スポーリング性
等である。浸漬ノズルは一般に使用前に約1200℃
まで昇温し予熱して使用されるが、予熱及び使用
中、表面が空気酸化されると穴明き、折損などの
トラブル原因となり寿命が低下する。従つて浸漬
ノズルの表面は、予熱、使用前に酸化防止処理さ
れ、従来ではこのような酸化防止処理を次の２方
式で実施していた。

Claims (1)
- 浸漬ノズルを非浸漬側の端面を下にして起立さ
せた状態で搬送する搬送ラインの途中に、２つの
ステーシヨンを設置し、一方のステーシヨンに
は、、浸漬ノズルが停止されるごとに該ノズルに
昇降運動と上昇位置で回転運動を与える昇降回転
装置と、浸漬ノズルが上記装置により上昇され回
転されるごとにその上面に接触して酸化防止剤を
塗布する上面塗布装置と、同浸漬ノズルの側面に
接触して酸化防止剤を塗布する側面塗布装置を備
え、他方のステーシヨンには、浸漬ノズルが停止
されるごとに、該ノズルのノズル孔内に回転下に
挿入されて孔内面に酸化防止剤を塗布する孔内塗
布装置を備えたことを特徴とする浸漬ノズル表面
の酸化防止処理装置。
