機構ハウジングと、該機構ハウジングの先端部に
球面軸受を介して取り付けられ前記回転センサを
回転しうるように保持するための回転センサ保持
ハウジングと、該回転センサ保持ハウジングの外
側に固定的に設けられ前記回転センサを間に挾む
位置において前記被検体面に接触回転するタツチ
ロールを支持するロールフレームと、前記機構ハ
ウジングおよび前記回転センサ保持ハウジング内
に延長して回転駆動軸からの回転を前記回転セン
サに伝達するため前記回転駆動軸と前記回転セン
サとの間に接続されるユニバーサルジヨイントと
を備えることを特徴とする回転センサ倣い機構。 (2) 前記機構ハウジング内において前記回転駆
動軸の周りには、探傷信号伝達機構が設けられて
