【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一方が固定側で、他方がトルク作用側とな
つているとともに、同一軸線となつている一対の
トーシヨナルバー1,2の端部に固定部材5,6
をそれぞれ配設して摺接可能とし、この両固定部
材5,6の外周面の中央部に環状の窪み部5a,
6aを穿設し、前記両固定部材5,6の外側にシ
ール部材8を介して支持部材7を配設して、前記
両固定部材5,6の窪み部5a,6aを密封部1
3,14に形成し、さらに、前記支持部材7に前
記各密封部13,14と連通する孔9,10を穿
設して一方の孔9に流体の供給源を接続するとと
もに、他方の孔10に流体の測定部材を連設し、
さらに、前記両固定部材5,6に、互いに他方の
固定部材と連通する絞り孔11,12を穿設した
ことを特徴とするトルクセンサ。 (2) 前記両固定部材5,6に設けた他方の固定
部材と連通する絞り孔11,12は、前記他方の
トーシヨナルバー2にトルクが作用して一方のト
ーシヨナルバー1に対して角度変化した際には互
いにずれるとともに、両孔11,12の一致した
有効絞り面積15が順次変化し、しかも、この有
効絞り面積15の変化は、前記トーシヨナルバー
2の角度変化と比例関係となつている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載のトルクセンサ。 (3) 前記両固定部材5,6に設けた他方の固定
部材と連通する絞り孔11,12は、前記トーシ
ヨナルバー1,2の軸線を中心とする扇形状とな
つている実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のト
