ケースと一体に形成し、この細棒によつて液内部
と液面上部空間との温度の差違を検出し、液面を
検出するようにした温度による液面センサ。 ２ ケースの細棒以外の部分周囲に断熱材を設け
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の温度によ
