[Detailed description of the invention] [Technical field of the invention] The invention relates to a harvesting machine, for example, for harvesting vegetables such as cabbage, etc.
It relates to harvesting relatively soft vegetables such as Chinese cabbage and lettuce.

Generally, when this type of soft vegetable is harvested using a harvester, the outer shape of the vegetable is easily damaged, so it is necessary to harvest the vegetable without damaging it.

Therefore, while moving the harvester forward, the divider installed at the front end of the harvester pulls up the cabbage in the field, guides the cabbage to the lower end of the belt, and supports and supports the upper part of the cabbage with the lower edge of the belt. There is also one that transports the cabbage backwards.

However, according to this structure, the cabbage is supported from above and below, that is, the rhizome of the cabbage slides on the divider while the upper part of the cabbage is supported by the rotating belt. It is difficult to transport the cabbage in a vertical position in the planted state because it tends to fall during transport, and it is also difficult to adequately support the irregular shape of the cabbage individually. The upper part of the cabbage, on which the belt rests, is often damaged by the belt.

This idea was created with these points in mind.
An endless rotating body that variably supports inner rotating parts facing each other so as to individually hold a harvested product such as cabbage is disposed so as to be freely rotating facing each other in the front and back direction of the conveyance direction. By transporting the harvest while holding both sides of the harvest with the opposing endless rotating bodies, the harvest can be transported smoothly in the vertical position of the planted state without damaging the harvest, and it is also possible to prevent irregular shapes of the harvest. The purpose is to provide sufficient correspondence so that it can be maintained individually.

The harvesting machine of the present invention is equipped with a comb-shaped scooping tool for scooping up the harvested crops planted in the field, and the roots of the harvested crops scooped up by the scooping tool are installed at the lower rear side of the scooping tool. A cutter is provided to cut the harvested material, and the left and right endless rotating bodies are synchronized in the front-rear direction, and the inner rotating parts move rearward in the same direction on both sides of the scooping tool, and convey the harvest while holding it from both sides. Installed opposite each other so that they can be moved freely,
A supporting frame extending in the rotating direction of the endless rotating body is installed in the left and right endless rotating bodies, and a large number of rotatable rollers are installed at a predetermined interval inside the left and right supporting frames. The rollers are arranged side by side so as to be movable back and forth, and the inner rotating part of the endless rotating body is variably supported by the large number of rollers depending on the form of the harvested product.

In the device configured in this way, when the harvesting machine is self-propelled in the field and the cutter 11 and the endless rotating bodies 6 on both sides are driven, the harvested material a such as cabbage planted in the field is moved by the harvesting machine. It is scooped up by the scooping rods 9 of the scooping tool 8 disposed at the front end, transferred onto the scooping rods 9, and hangs downward from between the scooping rods 9. The roots b of the crop 9 are cut by rotating cutters 11 on both sides. Then, this harvested material a is transferred from the scooping tool 8 onto the guide body 6, and this harvested material a is transferred to the inner rotating portion 16 of the endless rotating body 16 rotating on both sides.
The both sides of the bag are held between the two sides by the handles a, and in this state, the bag is transferred to the rear, and stored in the bucket bag 4 from the unloading end via the elastic guide 46. In the above case, the inner rotating part 16a of the endless rotating body 16 is elastically supported by the rollers 41 provided via the coil springs 42 and capable of moving forward and backward, so that each roller 41 supports the inner rotating part 16a. Depending on the form of the harvested material A carried in through the holder and in order to hold the harvested material, the position changes inside and out, and therefore the harvested material A moves forward and backward for each part of its shape and changes its position. It is reliably held by the rollers 41 via the inner rotating portion 16a. The same holds true for the size of the harvested product a.

After cutting the roots of the crops a that are successively scooped up from the field in this way, they are conveyed in a vertically planted state by the endless moving bodies 16 on both sides and are carried into the bucket 4. It is. In addition, at this time, since an elastic guide 46 is interposed between the guide body 6 and the bucket cart 4, the harvested material a is prevented from being damaged when being transported by the endless rotating body 16 and when being carried into the bucket cart 4. Never happened.

Next, in the above embodiment, the case where the guide body 6 is plate-shaped has been explained, but the guide body 6
The guide body is not limited to this, and may be a conveyor-like member that moves toward the bucket cart 4 side in synchronization with the rotating operation of the endless rotating bodies 16 on both sides, or a guide body made of a highly sliding member. In addition, at least the inner rotating portions 16a of the endless rotating bodies 16 on both sides do not rotate vertically, but rotate in an inclined state with the upper edge side expanded relative to the lower edge side, so that the cabbage The lower part of the crop a, which is close to the root part, may be held and held from both sides. Further, in the embodiment described above, the endless rotating bodies 16 on both sides are provided in a fixed position for convenience of explanation, but the present invention is not limited to this. It is preferable that they be arranged so that the intervals can be freely adjusted so as to correspond to the type of harvested product a. Thereby, the interval between the endless rotating bodies 16 on both sides is adjusted according to the type of harvest a, and it is possible to harvest many types of harvest with one harvester.

According to the present invention, a harvested product such as cabbage can be scooped up using the scooping tool, and the roots of the harvested material hanging below the scooping tool are cut and removed by the cutter. In addition, this harvested product is automatically held from both sides by the inner rotating parts of the left and right endless rotating bodies, and can be smoothly transported rearward while maintaining the vertical posture of the planted state. ,
The inner running parts of the left and right endless running bodies are variably supported by a large number of rollers that are juxtaposed and supported so that they can move forward and backward, so that the harvested material can be distributed between the left and right inner running parts. When carried in, the left and right rollers move forward and backward independently to automatically hold the left and right inner rotating parts, which deform to follow the shape of the harvested material. Since the harvested materials such as cabbage can also be held with appropriate holding force from both sides, the harvested materials can be smoothly transported and held without being damaged. In addition, the inner rotating parts of the left and right endless rotating bodies are supported in a variable position by a large number of independent rollers that are supported so as to move forward and backward, so that the inner rotating parts of the left and right endless rotating bodies are supported in a variable manner. can be held securely by holding them individually from the left and right sides. Therefore, relatively soft crops such as cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and lettuce can be easily harvested without damaging them.
