Claims (1)
- 雄型と雌型との合わせ面間に形成されたキヤビ
テイ内に第１合成樹脂成形材料を充填して成形品
基体を予備成形した後、上記雄型および雌型のう
ちいずれか一方を離れる方向に移動させ、上記キ
ヤビテイ内の成形品基体と雌型との間に形成され
た間隙に第２合成樹脂成形材料を充填することに
より、上記成形品基体上に第２合成樹脂成形材料
のコーテイング層が積層形成された合成樹脂成形
品を成形するようにした合成樹脂成形用金型にお
いて、上記キヤビテイ周縁部における雄型合わせ
面には、上記成形品基体周縁部に薄肉部を成形す
る間隙部を介して樹脂溜め部が設けられているこ
とを特徴とする合成樹脂成形用金型。
