Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、オイルポンプ付冷媒圧縮機における
軸受支え本体の取付け、取外し機構の改良に関す
るものである。

第1図、第2図は従来のこの種の冷媒圧縮機を
示すもので、図において1はクランクケース、2
はオイルポンプ組立部であり、このオイルポンプ
組立部2は、軸受支え本体3、この本体3内に組
込まれたオイルポンプ本体4及びオイルポンプ軸
4a、軸受メタル5及び本体3にパツキン7を介
してボルト8で取付けられたフタ6などより成つ
ている。そしてオイルポンプ軸4aへの回転運動
の伝達は、クランク軸9端部に設けた溝10にオ
イルポンプ軸4aをかみ合わせることにより行な
つている。ところがこのようなものにおいて、上
記オイルポンプ組立部2をクランクケース1に取
付ける場合には、クランク軸9の溝10にオイル
ポンプ軸4aがかみ合う以前に、クランクケース
1の内径側案内面11と軸受支え本体3の外径側
案内面12とが接触する(かみ合う)ので、組込
みの際にクランク軸9の溝10とオイルポンプ軸
4aがうまくかみ合つているかどうかを確認する
ことが出来ず、かみ合わないままで強引に取付ボ
ルト13で締付けると、オイルポンプ本体4又は
クランク軸9端部を破損することがあつた。なお
第2図はオイルポンプ組立部のクランクケースへ
の組込み途中の工程図で、両者の案内面同士が接
触する直前の状態を示したものである。さらにま
た、分解時における軸受支え本体3の取外し作業
が、クランクケース1と軸受支え本体3の案内面
同士が密着している関係上非常に困難であるとい
う欠点があつた。本考案は上記欠点を除去すべく
なされたもので、以下本考案の一実施例を第3図
及び第4図に基づいて説明する。

第3図において、14は軸受支え本体3の中心
に対して対称な位置のフランジ部3a上に2個設
けられたネジ穴で、そのネジサイズは軸受支え本
体3の取付けボルト13のそれと同じであり、ま
たこのネジ穴14はフランジ部3aを貫通してい
る。こゝにおいて軸受メタル5等の摩耗によつて
オイルポンプ組立部2を取外す場合には、まず取
付ボルト13を取外すが、この取外したボルト1
3を用いてこれを上記軸受支え本体3に設けたネ
ジ穴14にネジ込むようにすると容易にオイルポ
ンプ組立部2の取外しが行なえる。またオイルポ
ンプ組立部2をクランクケース1に取付け易くす
るために軸受支え本体3の外径側案内部(インロ
ー)12に逃し部15を設けている。即ちオイル
ポンプ部2をクランクケース1に挿入するに当
り、まずオイルポンプ軸4aとクランク軸9の溝
10が先にかみ合つて、それからさらにオイルポ
ンプ組立部2を挿入していくことによりクランク
ケース1の内径側案内面11と軸受支え本体3の
外径側案内面12が接触(かみ合う)する位置に
外周方向の逃し部15を設けることによつて、ま
ず先にオイルポンプ軸4aとクランク軸9の溝1
0がうまくかみ合つたことを確認することが出来
るので、組立ミスによるオイルポンプ本体又はク
ランク軸端面の破損を防止でき、組込み作業が容
易となるものである。又、軸受支え本体3の外径
側案内面12の先端側を外周方向(小径として)
に逃してある為、軸受支え本体3の単体部品とし
て保管又は運搬する場合に精密加工された案内面
及び角の損傷を防止できる。その上、上記逃し部
15がオイルポンプ軸4aとクランク軸9の溝1
0をはめ合わす時の案内部の役目をするので、組
込み作業が容易となる等の効果を有する。
