Conventionally, in order to guide a cart or the like into a narrow road, a cart equipped with caster wheels was pushed along a guide provided in front of the narrow road. As a result, the cart may be pushed diagonally into the narrow road, causing contact between the cart and the inner wall of the narrow road and causing scratches on the cart.
There is a drawback that in some cases the trolley may not be able to fit into narrow roads, and a countermeasure has been desired.

Therefore, the present invention provides a movable floor structure that self-centers the trolley and eliminates such problems.The feature of this invention is that a pit is formed on the floor in front of the entrance of the narrow road, and a pit is formed inside the pit. A movable floor that is movable along a direction perpendicular to the direction of entrance into the narrow passage is provided, a spring is provided to bias the movable floor toward the center of the pit, and the cart is guided to both sides of the narrow passage entrance. According to this configuration, when the front wheels or the front and rear wheels of the cart ride on the moving bed and the tip of the cart hits either guide tool, the moving bed springs due to the reaction. The trolley is moved against the road, and the center of the narrow road entrance is automatically aligned with the trolley. Therefore, the cart can be easily inserted into the narrow road without any scratches being caused to the cart.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 5. 1 is a pit formed on the floor 3 in front of the narrow road entrance 2, and is located in the narrow road entrance direction A.
It extends along the direction perpendicular to the . 4 is a direction B perpendicular to the narrow road entry direction A into the pit 1;
The movable floor is disposed so as to be movable along C, and its upper surface is flush with the upper surface of the floor 3. 5 are wheels arranged at the four corners of the lower surface of the movable floor 4;
6 is a hanging fixture fixed to the center of the lower surface of the movable floor 4 along a direction perpendicular to the directions of arrows B and C,
It has a pair of upper arcuate recesses 7 and 8. Reference numeral 9 denotes a stopper disposed parallel to the hanger 6 at the center of the bottom surface of the pit 1, and has arcuate recesses 10 and 11 forming a circle with a pair of upper arcuate recesses 7 and 8. 1
2 and 13 have one end engaged with an engaging metal fitting 14 provided on both sides of the pit 1, and the other end passing through each arcuate recess 7, 8, 10, 11, and a hook 15 fixed to the other end. , 16 are a pair of springs that come into contact with the hanger 6 and the stopper 9, and urge the movable bed 4 toward the center of the pit 1.
Reference numeral 17 denotes a pair of guide tools provided on both sides of the narrow passage entrance 2, and the corners on the side facing the moving bed are removed to form an inclined guide surface 18.

In the above configuration, the trolley 19 advances toward the narrow road entrance 2, its front wheels 20 ride on the moving floor 4,
Of the guide poles 21 provided at both corners of the front end,
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when one hits the inclined guide surface 18 of one of the guide tools 17, the moving bed 4 is pushed in the direction of arrow B by the reaction, and one of the springs 12 is stretched, so that the moving bed 4 The carriage 19 is allowed to move in the direction of arrow B, and the direction of the carriage 19 is changed to face the narrow road entrance 2, and the front end of the carriage 19 enters between the guide tools 17 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
When the front wheel 20 passes over the movable bed 4, the movable bed 4 is returned in the direction of arrow C by one of the springs 12, and the hook 15 hits the stopper 9 and is returned to its original position. Contrary to the above, when the other guide pole 21 hits the inclined guide surface 18 of the other guide tool 17, the moving floor 4 on which the front wheel 20 is mounted moves in the direction of arrow C against the other spring 13 due to the reaction. In this case as well, the direction of the cart 19 is changed to face the narrow road entrance 2.

In the first embodiment, one stopper 9 was provided directly below the hanger 6, but as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, two stoppers 22 and 23 were provided, and each stopper 22 and 23 The position may be slightly shifted from directly below the tool 6. According to this configuration, since the springs 12 and 13 are pulled together, the movable bed 4 is pushed in the direction of arrow B by the truck 19 from the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 6, and the front wheels 20 are moved. When passing the floor 4, the moving floor 4 is pulled in the direction of arrow C by one of the springs 12, and the hook 15 hits one of the stoppers 22, but just before that, the other spring 13 works, and both springs 1
The urging forces of 2 and 13 cancel each other out. Therefore, the hook 15 does not impact one of the stoppers 22, and no large impact noise is generated (second embodiment).

As described above, according to the movable floor structure of the present invention that automatically aligns the trolley, when the front wheels or the front and rear wheels of the trolley ride on the moving floor, and the tip of the trolley hits one of the guide tools, the trolley moves due to the reaction. The floor is moved against the spring, and the trolley and the center of the entrance to the narrow passage are automatically aligned. Therefore, the trolley can be easily inserted into the narrow road.
At this time, there will be no scratches on the cart.
