Conventionally, when performing impedance matching of high-frequency circuits using striplines in the operating range from several hundred megahertz to 10 gigahertz, an open stub is formed on the stripline on the circuit board, and the stub and the ground section are equivalently connected. It is well known that a capacitance is provided between the two and the impedance of the circuit is matched using this capacitance. However, when forming striplines and stubs on a substrate in this way, both are formed simultaneously using metallization technology and etching technology. Therefore, in order to provide flexibility in circuit adjustment, the stub should be formed after the stripline is formed, even if the process is complicated, and the metal piece should be electrically connected to the stripline using a jig such as tweezers during circuit adjustment. Impedance matching is performed by connecting the With this method, a large number of metal pieces of different shapes had to be prepared in advance, and the electrical contact between the stripline and the metal pieces was not good, so soldering was the only method available. This has the drawback that it takes a lot of time and impedance matching of the circuit is inaccurate.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a jig that allows accurate impedance measurement with simple work. The metal piece for the stub and the rod made of an insulator are made of a material that is an electrical insulator and has high elasticity ( For example, circuit matching can be easily and quickly performed using devices that are mechanically connected using a connecting means such as an adhesive material (for example, rubber).

According to the present invention, a high frequency circuit adjustment device is made using several types of metal pieces of different sizes, and electrical connection can be easily made by pressing the metal pieces against the stripline on the circuit board. A stub can be formed on the circuit board, and the position of the stub can be easily changed, and the value of the capacitance can also be changed. Furthermore, since an elastic material is used between the metal piece and the rod, there is no need to always keep the metal piece and the rod at right angles, and the attachment angle between the rod and the metal piece can be changed freely. This allows contact between the metal piece and the stripline at an optimal angle.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a structural diagram of a circuit using a conventional open stub, in which a circuit board 103 and a circuit board 1
When performing impedance matching of a high frequency circuit consisting of a stripline 102 formed of a good electrical conductor such as copper foil on the stripline 102, a metal piece 101 for an open stub is electrically connected to the stripline 102 using a tool such as tweezers. After moving the circuit board 103 while making contact and finding the optimal position for matching conditions, adjust the circuit by replacing it with a good electrical conductor of the same shape as the metal piece 101 and soldering it several times. Was. For this reason, it takes time to move the metal piece 101 when positioning it, and since the metal piece 101 is simply placed on the stripline 102, electrical contact may occur, resulting in a large amount of time for adjustment. He was stiff.

FIG. 2 is a structural diagram of a circuit using the high frequency circuit adjustment device according to the present invention. When performing impedance matching of a high frequency circuit consisting of a circuit board 203 and a strip line 202 formed on the circuit board 203 using an electrically conductive material such as copper foil, a metal piece 201 for an open stub and a strip line 202 having a low dielectric constant, A metal piece moving support rod 204 (for example, a bamboo skewer, etc.) made of an insulating material with low loss and a certain degree of mechanical strength is mechanically moved by an intermediary support 205 made of an elastic insulating material (for example, rubber, etc.). Glue and fix. By freely moving the metal piece moving support rod 204 by hand, the metal piece 201 is brought into reliable contact with the strip line 202 on the circuit board 203 while circuit adjustment is performed. As a result, by pressing the metal piece 201 onto the stripline 202 using the support rod 204 for moving the metal piece, the elastic force of the intermediary support 205 allows the support rod 204 to be optimized even if it does not always remain perpendicular to the circuit board 203. Electrical contact can be maintained reliably at this angle. Further, the work is simple, and after finding the optimum matching position, replacing the metal piece 201 with a good electrical conductor of the same shape and soldering it can achieve perfect matching.
