下歯であつて台に取りつけて前記主動ローラ1の
長手方向に近接させて水平に固定する。7は上刃
であつて、前記下刃6のほぼ直上にあつて、両刃
が互に噛み合つて切断ができるよう構成すると共
に該上刃は若干孤状刃に形成する。8は連杆であ
つて上端部を上刃7の側面に枢着し、下端部をク
ランク盤9に偏心させて枢着する。10は連動杆
であつて、前記連杆8と爪5との間にあつて、両
者に連動状態に枢着する。11は排出口12,1
