い。したがつてこの突出し量の調整は微妙に調整
する必要があり、数10μmの調整であるため確実
に微調整できることが望まれていた。従来の調整
方法は第1図で説明すると、上シリンダ1にあけ
られた孔1′にドライバ等を入れて、ヘツド・ベ
ース4の端面4′をこじつて突き出させていたが、
ドライバでこじる程度では微調整は難しく突出し
オーバーになり易く、作業に時間を要していた。
図中、2は下シリンダ、5は上シリンダ1の軸方
向に貫通するネジ穴に取付けられるヘツド高さ調
整ネジで、その先端がヘツドベース4に当接する
ことによりヘツド3の高さを調整できるようにな
つている。また6は取付けネジを示す。また、近
年シリンダも小径化しつつある中で、従来のよう
な方式では、上シリンダ自体に余裕がなく、上シ
リンダ1に孔1′をあけることは不可能となりつ
つある。

挺子の原理により、ヘツドの突出しを調整するこ
とができる。更に回転式ドライバである為グリツ
プ8″の径を大きくすることによりさらに微調整
がやり易くなる。
