【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はVTRの回転ヘツド・シリンダ装置、
特にそのヘツドの突出し量調整手段に関する。

造を示す断面図である。上シリンダ1の円周に対
してヘツド3の突出し量dは、数10μm位に設定
されるが、この突出し量は磁気テープとの接触具
合いを微妙に変化させるため、画像に与える影響
も大きい。したがつてこの突出し量の調整は、微
妙に調整する必要があり、数10μmの調整である
ため、確実に微調整できることが望まれていた。
従来の調整方法は、第1図で説明すると、上シリ
ンダ1にあけられた孔1′にドライバ等を入れて、
ヘツド・ベース4の端面4′をこじつて突出させ
ていた。しかしながら、ドライバでこじる程度で
は微調整は難しく、突出しオーバーになり易く、
作業に時間を要していた。図中、2は下シリン
ダ、5は上シリンダ1の軸方向に貫通するネジ穴
に取付けられるヘツド高さ調整ネジで、その先端
がヘツドベース4に当接することによりヘツド3
の高さを調整できるようになつている。また6は
取付けネジを示す。また、近年シリンダも小径化
しつつあり、従来のような方式では上シリンダ自
体に余裕がなく、上シリンダ1に孔1′をあける
ことは不可能となりつつある。
