ル上の計器類が見ずらくなる欠点があり、また後
者は把持杆の上部の把持部が外方に突出して機幅
が広くなるとともにその内側にサイドクラツチレ
バーがある場合は、手が遠くなつて操作性がわる
くなる等の欠点があつた。

で、足元スペースを充分に確保しながら把持杆が
操縦席に近付くこととなり、運転者は楽な姿勢で
把持杆の把持部を握ることができる。

下がるように手を90度回動しながら僅かに下降さ
せると云う極めて自然な一連の最小動作により把
持杆の把持部を容易に握ることができる。しか
も、操向レバーを操作するとき、把持杆の把持部
が手と干渉することがない。
