当接離反可能に架設する一方、断面コ字形状をな
すフレームの空間内に突出させた上記夫々のロー
ラーの中心軸端部に貫通孔を形成し、該夫々の貫
通孔を貫通させて捻子棒を配置し、この捻子棒の
一端に固定ナツトを設け、他方に可変的に設けた
一対の座金間に拡圧スプリングを介在させ、内側
座金を変位ローラーの中心軸に当接させ、他方の
座金の外側に調節ナツトを設け、拡圧スプリング
の弾圧力を調節可能としてあることを特徴とする
