As a conventional floor trim structure, for example, the first
There are those shown in Figures 4 to 4 (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-43642). 1 in the figure is the floor panel,
The floor panel 1 has a tunnel portion 2 formed protrudingly in the front-rear direction (in the direction of arrows A and B in the drawing) at approximately the center thereof, and a rear heater duct 3 is formed on the floor panel 1 along the tunnel portion 2. It is arranged. This rear heater duct 3 is fitted into a front end 4 or a connection port 7 of a heater unit 6 at the lower part of an instrument panel 5, and a rear end 8 which is bifurcated in the middle is placed on the floor panel 1 and extends across the vehicle width. It is inserted into the through hole 10 of the second cross member 8 extending in the direction (direction of arrow C in the figure), and is fixed to the floor panel 1 with screws or the like as appropriate, with the air outlet 11 facing toward the rear seat side. The rear heater duct 3 is formed by blow molding using a material such as polyethylene or polypropylene. Next, the floor panel 1 and the rear heater duct 3 are entirely covered with a floor carpet 12. This floor carpet 12 is made of rubber, vinyl chloride, polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, or mass back (polyethylene with an areal density 5 to 6 times that of ordinary carpets) in order to prevent the pile threads 13 from slipping or falling off and to provide rigidity. After the backed floor carpet 12 is further lined with an undercussion material 15 as an auxiliary material such as felt, urethane foam, polyethylene foam, glass wool, etc., the mold 16 is It is installed in the interior and is molded into a shape that corresponds to the shape of the floor panel 1 and rear heater duct 3. Then, this molded floor carpet 12 is installed and fixed on the floor panel 1 to which the rear heater duct 3 is fixed, thereby covering the floor panel 1 and the rear heater duct 3. Note that when molding the floor carpet 12, heat treatment is performed during or before press molding.

However, in such a conventional floor trim structure, the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12 are formed separately, and after the rear heater duct 3 is fixed on the floor panel 1, the floor carpet 12 is formed separately. Since the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12 are installed and fixed on the floor panel 1, errors are likely to occur in the shapes of the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12.
Also, rear heater duct 3 and floor carpet 12
Errors are likely to occur in the mounting positions of the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12, and if errors occur in the shapes and mounting positions of the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12, the floor panel 1,
Particularly, gaps are formed between the tunnel portion 2 and the rear heater duct 3, and between the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12, making it difficult to fit the floor carpet 12. There was a problem in that wrinkles and grooves appeared on the surface, deteriorating the appearance and quality.

Specifically, the floor trim structure of this invention is
A rear heater duct is arranged on the lower surface of a backing material provided on the back surface of the floor carpet, and a duct undercussion material is arranged on the lower surface of the heater duct, with both ends extending from the heat duct and placed on the lower surface of the backing material. The above-mentioned conventional problems are solved by making the backing material and the duct undercussion material come into contact with each other, and heat-seal and integrate the backing material and the duct undercussion material during molding of the floor carpet.

FIG. 5 to FIG. 11 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the present invention. That is, the rear heater duct 3 is connected to the lower surface of the backing material 14 provided on the back surface of the floor carpet 12, especially the tunnel portion 2 of the floor panel 1.
A duct undercussion material 20 as an auxiliary material such as felt, urethane foam, polyethylene foam, glass wool, etc. is simply placed on the bottom surface 21 of the heater duct 3 without adhering to it. Both end portions 22 and 23 extend in the vehicle width direction (direction of arrow C) of the heater duct 3 so as to come into contact with the lower surface 24 of the backing material 14, and the floor carpet 1
At the time of molding 2, the backing material 14 and the duct undercussion material 20 are heat-sealed and integrated in a region 25. Further, the backing material 14 is further lined with an undercussion material 15, and this undercussion material 15 is
As shown in the figure, the tunnel section 2 of the floor panel 1
By disposing it on the entire side surface of the duct undercussion material 20, the sound insulation effect is further improved. Further, the rear end portion 8 of the rear heater duct 3 is disposed so as to face the through hole 10 of the second cross member 9.
Second rear heater duct 25 inserted into
is inserted into the rear end portion 8 of the duct 3. The duct undercussion material 20 is arranged on the lower surface of the entire surface of the rear heater duct 3, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. 26 is an undercussion material such as felt arranged on the floor panel 1 of the rear seatrest room. Further, by forming a sharp protrusion 27 on the upper surface 28 of the rear heater duct 3 as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the backing material 14 of the floor carpet 12
This protrusion 27 bites into the lower surface of the backing material 14, thereby preventing the backing material 14 from shifting from side to side. Furthermore, this protrusion 27 is caused by heat shrinkage of the carpet 12, especially the backing material 14 (generally shrinkage of 2 to 6% is observed depending on the location, material, and quantity). However, the bucking material 14 is difficult to move due to the protrusion 27, and its original shape is easily maintained.

If a coarse cloth such as a metal cloth or cloth is placed between the lower surface 21 of the rear heater duct 3 and the duct undercussion material 20 and is adhered to the cushion material 20, peeling of the cushion material 20 itself can be prevented. It will be possible to prevent this from happening.

As explained above, according to this invention,
The configuration is such that the rear heater duct is placed on the underside of the backing material provided on the back side of the floor carpet.
The duct undercussion material is arranged on the lower surface of the heater duct, and both ends thereof extend from the heater duct and come into contact with the lower surface of the backing material, so that the backing material and the duct undercussion material are Because the structure is heat fused and integrated, the rear heater duct and floor carpet can be reliably installed without causing errors in the shape or installation position of the rear heater duct and floor carpet. As a result, the fitability of the floor carpet is improved, eliminating wrinkles and grooves on the surface of the floor carpet, improving the appearance and quality. In addition, by integrating the floor carpet and rear heater duct, the number of parts can be reduced. This has the effect of reducing the number of installation steps.
