によつて一体化される略筒状の部品である。 The main structure of a conventional escalator will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. An endless rotating body such as a step 1 for carrying passengers and a handrail 2 is supported by a main body frame 3 and a handrail 4. The overall strength is maintained on the building floor 5 on which the escalator is installed. And the handrail 2 is the parapet part 4.
It consists of long parapet members such as guides 6, decks 7, glass panels 8, etc., which are fixed with bolts 6a to support the movement of the railings, and supports 9 planted at arbitrary intervals such as l 1 and l 2 . In the interior space Z of the deck 7, there are a lamp 10, a socket 11, and a lighting cover 14.
is located. This socket 11 is fixed to the deck 7 with screws 12, and is connected to a lead wire 13 that carries electricity from a power source inside the escalator through the inside 9a of the support column 9, and is further connected to a lamp through a conductive spring 11a and a conductive seat 11b. The lamp 10 is turned on by supplying electricity to the base pin 10a of the base 11c, and its outer shape is a substantially cylindrical component that is integrated by screwing together the male thread 11d of the base 11c and the female thread 11f of the cylindrical part 11e. It is.

subtract the dimension of the sockets 11 of length m from the distance l 2 (sockets 11 are located at both ends of the lamp 10,
(The total length is 2×m) It is normal to set approximately l 2 −2m=L. In this case, the length L of the lamp 10 changes depending on the spacing between the columns 9, and is set each time according to the length of the escalator and the spacing between the columns 9, which change depending on the height of the building floor. For this reason, the lamp 10 itself is available in a wide variety of lengths in units of several millimeters. For this reason, the type of lamp 10 is prepared for each escalator, and maintenance management is carried out by selecting the corresponding length each time a lamp burns out.
It is necessary to prepare ~30 different lengths, making management extremely difficult.

This invention focuses on increasing the lengthwise expansion and contraction function compared to conventional sockets and reducing the number of types of lamps as a result. The adjusting cylinder has an engaging part at one end that can be engaged with the adjusting cylinder and an engaging part that can be detachably engaged with the cylinder part at the other end.

The socket 15 has an adjustment cylinder 15a added thereto. Here, to explain the socket 15 in detail, its base 15b is electrically connected to the lead wire 13 in the same manner as the conventional base 11c, and has a male threaded portion 15c, a conductive spring 15d, and an adjusting screw having threaded portions on the inner and outer peripheries. It includes a cylinder 15a (two pieces are arranged in the figure), a conductive seat 15e, a cylinder part 15f having a length n1, and a female screw part 15g thereof. The threaded portions of the adjustment tube 15a include a female threaded portion that is screwed into the male threaded portion 15c of the base portion 15b, and a male threaded portion that is screwed into the female threaded portion of the cylindrical portion 15f. The total length of this socket 15 is N (the adjustment cylinder 15a is longer than the conventional length m).
The length L1 of the lamp 10 in this case is set to the distance l2-2N (two sockets 15) between the supports 9= L1 . However, if a lamp 10 with a length L 2 (L 1 <L 2 ) is used in other parts of the escalator, the length L 1 can be reduced by removing and setting one or two adjustment tubes 15a. A longer lamp 10 can be shared. On the other hand, if the lamp 10 shorter than the length L1 is used in other parts, the number of adjustment tubes 15a can be increased. By doing this, even if there is a situation where the lengths of the lamps 10 are relatively similar but the same product cannot be used as in the past, the actual length of the socket 15 can be changed as described above and the ultimate Therefore, the lamp 10 can be shared.

This can be easily achieved by screwing together the male and female threads of the adjustment tube 15a, which has the advantage of greatly reducing the management costs of selecting compatible lamp lengths and stocking a wide variety of lamps.
