The external appearance that can be achieved with these conventional fragrances has been limited due to factors originating from their respective structural characteristics. That is, in the former case, the color tone is limited to a single color based on the basic color scheme of the aromatic agent itself, and in the latter case, it is limited to a single color based on the basic color scheme of the synthetic resin material itself. As for the pattern, both of the above are mainly based on the basic color scheme. This is because it was limited to those based only on the external shape.

That is, the first manufacturing method involves forming a frame of an arbitrary shape having an appropriate number of holes by injection molding or molding using a thermoplastic resin as a raw material, and separately forming a frame having a transparent or translucent shape. A first step of preparing a paste of an aromatic material made by adding an appropriate fragrance to a thermoplastic resin, and adding or not adding an appropriate coloring agent to the paste aromatic material into each of the pores. A second step of filling the thermoplastic resin film with appropriate colors or coating it on the frame on which a thermoplastic resin film with a colored pattern is arranged; The third step is to heat the material at the melting temperature for a certain period of time, and then cool and harden it.

The thermoplastic resin material used as the forming material in the first step is preferably one that does not melt at the melting temperature set in the third step and is relatively tough at room temperature, and is preferably one that is easy to mold and has the above-mentioned aroma. It is possible to use materials that have adhesive properties, that is, mutual affinity, with the aromatic base material formed by polymerization, examples of which include polyvinyl chloride, nylon, and the like. In the second step, the frame obtained in this first step functions as a receiver for filling the paste aroma material, as a partition frame for color coding, and as a support frame for the aromatic base material of the product fragrance. do.

In addition, the transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin material used as the material to be prepared in the latter stage of the first step must have the property of retaining fragrance at room temperature after curing, and preferably relatively Paste-like materials that can be filled and applied at low temperatures are preferred, such as polyvinyl chloride, nylon, AS resin, ACS resin, EVA resin, ABS resin,
Ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, vinyl chloride elastomer resin, MBS resin, chlorinated polyethylene, polyether resin, polyamide elastomer, polyarylate resin, polyacetal resin, polyester resin, high pressure polyethylene, medium and low pressure polyethylene, butadiene resin, polycarbonate resin, There are polystyrene resins, fluororesins, polypropylene, methacrylic resins, methylpentene polymers, etc. In the case of polyvinyl chloride, a paste-like product can be obtained by processing it into a fine powder and dispersing it with a plasticizer and diluent. It will be done. In addition, the fragrance added in this step must be one that does not volatilize and decompose at the temperature set in the third step. For example, if the resin material of the fragrance material is polyvinyl chloride, , linaloe oil containing linalool as a main ingredient, camphor oil, eucalyptus oil containing geraniol as a main ingredient, rose oil, and l

Next, in the second step, a paste aromatic material is freely filled or adhered onto the frame. A product example in which each hole of the frame is filled with this paste-like aromatic material is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
In this product example, fragrance 1 is prepared separately by adding a coloring agent as appropriate in the aroma material preparation process, and the various colored paste fragrance materials are mixed according to the color scheme. Each through hole 3 is filled as appropriate.

Therefore, in this case, fragrances 1 of various shapes, patterns, and colors can be obtained by freely combining the frame 2 and various colored pasty fragrance materials. Further, FIGS. 3 and 4 show product examples in which a paste-like aromatic material is applied onto the frame. The air freshener 1' in this product example is made by pasting a thermoplastic resin film 5 with a suitably colored pattern printed on one side of the forming frame 2, and attaching a thermoplastic resin film 5 having a similar shape to the frame 2. The frame body 2' is heavily attached to the frame body 2 so as to sandwich the adhesive film 5, and an aromatic material that is particularly colorless or colored and maintains transparency is applied so as to surround it, After heating and cooling, the aromatic base material portion 4' is formed.

Next, in the third step, the filling or adherend obtained in the second step is heated for a certain period of time to polymerize at the melting temperature of the aromatic resin material, and then cooled and hardened. In this case, it is necessary to melt the fragrance in a temperature range in which the fragrance contained in the above-mentioned aromatic material does not decompose by volatilization. For example, if the fragrance contains linalool (boiling point: 197 to 199 ° C.) as a main component,
When polyvinyl chloride is the resin material for the pasty aromatic material, a heating temperature of 160 to 180°C is used, and when nylon is the resin material for the paste aromatic material, the solid phase weight is Applying legal, this third step is relatively low 150-180
A heating temperature of °C is adopted. As a result of this polymerization caused by heating, the aromatic material becomes hardened at room temperature. By this process, it is possible to form a patterned aromatic agent having an aromatic base material portion which is integrally fixed to the frame body by fusion or close contact therewith.

Next, the second method for producing a patterned fragrance according to the present invention is comprised of the following steps. That is, the first stage of the first step in which a frame of an arbitrary shape having an appropriate number of holes is formed by injection molding, molding, etc. using a thermoplastic resin as a raw material, and this step is the first step in the first manufacturing method described above. Use the same treatment method as the first stage of the process. Separately, after the first step, transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin is impregnated with an appropriate fragrance to produce colorless or appropriately colored fragrance material pellets. This makes it possible to apply it to machines. Next, the aroma material pellets are filled into each hole on the frame body in a color-coded manner, or heated at a molding temperature so that the frame body coated with a thermoplastic resin film having a colored pattern is attached. The second step is injection molding.

In addition, since the molding temperature can be made to match the melting temperature of the raw material for the aromatic pellets, the transparent thermoplastic resin material used as the raw material in the latter stage of the first step of making the aromatic pellets and the fragrance used can be matched. The relationship is the same as in the latter stage of the first step of the first manufacturing method.

As described above, the methods for producing patterned fragrances according to the present invention can be applied to various shapes and shapes through simple steps.
The present invention provides a method for obtaining an aromatic agent capable of forming a pattern and color on its outer surface by fixing its aromatic base material on a frame in a fragrant manner by fusing or adhering to the frame, and the resulting product is Although it can be configured three-dimensionally, the manufacturing method according to the present invention is characterized in that a pattern etc. can be formed on a flat plate surface, and a product of this form can be placed, for example, in close contact with an indoor wall surface. In this case, it can also have the effect of a decorative item such as a painting, and therefore, its useful effects are dramatically expanded.
