Conventionally, as a structure for stabilizing fins for ships, structures in which a synthetic resin layer is laminated on the outer surface of a buoyancy member such as a foamed resin and molded into an airfoil shape have been developed (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-20396). When fixing such a stabilizing fin to the aggregate of a ship's hull, the problem is how to securely attach it. In particular, it is an important issue how to fix buoyancy member structures, which have significantly lower strength and toughness than metals, to a metal frame that is a strength member of a ship's hull.

The present invention attempts to solve these problems by devising the connection of the buoyancy member to the aggregate when combining the metal aggregate with the buoyancy member inside the stabilizing fin. An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a marine stabilizing fin, which allows the stabilizing fin to be fixed to a ship's hull with sufficient strength.

For this reason, the mounting structure of the marine stabilizing fin of the present invention is
An outboard protrusion of a metal support bone whose proximal end is fixed to the hull is embedded inside the stabilizing fin, which is formed into an airfoil shape with a skin layer on the outer surface of the synthetic resin buoyancy member. The outboard protrusion is adhesively fixed to the buoyancy member inside the stabilizing fin via a synthetic resin lining.

As this buoyancy member 3, a material with low specific gravity such as foamed resin or Syntatake (trade name), which is made by hardening hollow microscopic glass spheres with resin, is used.
When the underwater stable fin A is constructed using syntax, the specific gravity of the main body can be reduced to approximately 0.5.

Further, the material of the lining 2 applied to the surface of the outboard protrusion of the metal support frame 1 is also reinforced plastic, and the adhesive for bonding this to the buoyancy member 3 is epoxy acrylate resin or the like.

In this embodiment, in order to more firmly fix the support bone 1 and the buoyancy member 3, a bolt 4 that connects the two,
A nut 5 and a washer 5a are provided,
A reinforcing member 6 made of synthetic resin is provided on the buoyancy member 3 at the edge of the bolt hole that receives the washer 5a. Then, a synthetic resin liquid is poured into the recessed portion of the buoyancy member 3 that accommodates the head of the bolt 4 and the nut 5 and is solidified.

The mounting structure of the marine stabilizing fin of the present invention is constructed as described above, and in particular, the buoyancy member of the stabilizing fin and the support bone of the hull are strongly joined by mutual adhesion of similar resins through the interposition of the synthetic resin lining. Therefore, the attachment of the stabilizing fin to the ship's hull is extremely strong through the supporting bones, and the structure of the stabilizing fin itself is very strong because it is simply provided with an outer skin layer such as a synthetic resin layer on the surface of the buoyancy member. It is simple, lightweight, and easy to manufacture.
