Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動注湯装置における扇型取鍋に関す
る。従来の扇型状取鍋20は、第3図に示す如
く、溶湯排出孔21を取鍋本体22の上部に設
け、取鍋20を出湯回転方向と反対方向に回転さ
せながら取鍋20内の残湯を排出するようにして
いた。このために、残湯を排出する際の位置が取
鍋20の回転と共に変り、大きな受湯容器23を
用意する必要があつた。したがつて、作業性が悪
く、又排出に時間がかかると共に落差が大きく危
険であつた。本考案はこれらの問題点を解決する
ことを目的とするものである。

た排出孔4と、そして取鍋本体2の排出孔4寄り
位置における上方部に設けられた漏斗状の補給口
5と、からその主要部を形成されている。また、
該取鍋1は両側位置における前記回転軸が架台フ
レーム6上面に取付けられた一対の軸受け7,7
に回転可能に支持されたローラ8,8に回動自在
に支持されていると共に前記歯型1aには駆動歯
車9がかみ合わされていて、駆動歯車9に連結さ
れた駆動装置(図示せず)の作動により、取鍋1
は駆動歯車9を介して正・逆方向に傾動されるよ
うになつている。10は排出孔4の開閉蓋で、該
開閉蓋10は支持部材11に支持された支軸12
に支持腕13を介して回転可能に支持され、止具
14に止め部材15を係合させて開閉蓋10によ
つて排出孔4を密閉できるようになつている。1
6は補給口5上面に開閉可能に設けられた開閉蓋
で、補給口5を気密状に密閉できるようになつて
いる。17は取鍋本体2の上面に設けられた点検
窓で、点検窓17には開閉蓋18が設けられてい
る。このように構成されたものにおいて、図示さ
れない駆動装置の作動により、取鍋1が駆動歯車
9を介して第2図において反時計方向に一定速度
で傾動され始め、溶湯が注湯孔3より流出し、所
定量の溶湯が出湯されると、完了信号により、出
湯を停止する。こうして、出湯が繰返され、溶湯
がなくなると補給孔5の開閉蓋16を開いて取鍋
1内に溶湯を補給する。また、作業終了時には、
出湯時の回転をそのまま続行して取鍋1を反時計
方向に回転させ取鍋1内の残湯を徐々に上昇させ
ると共に、排出孔4の開閉蓋10を開いて排出孔
4から残湯を下方の図示されない受湯容器に排出
する。残湯の排出後、駆動歯車9の逆回転作動に
より、取鍋1を始動位置に戻し、次の操作に備え
る。

作業性が良く、排出時間が短縮できると共に、落
差も小さくできるため、危険がないなどの効果を
有し、この種の業界に寄与する効果は著大であ
る。
