【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は溶融物容器の出口の開閉装置に関する
ものであつて、溶融物吐出流量の調整についても

作業者に当たる等、操作は極めて不安全であつ
た。又、流出口11の開閉程度を加減する溶融物
の流量調整操作に於いては、調整量を操作者の勘

別の駆動装置で開閉栓の移動を吐出流量により制
御し、溶融物の吐出流量を自動的に調整する機能

図において、取付フレーム1は、両端がピン構造
でかつ長さの調整が可能な2本のアーム4,5に
て軸着支持される。2本のアーム4,5は所定間
隔をおいて並列配置しアーム4,5の長さ調整
は、例えばターンバツクル4′,5′により行な
う。これらのアーム4又は5を回転させる事で開
閉栓先端3は、流出口部11と退避位置の間を円
弧状の軌跡で移動を行う。このためアーム回動用
駆動装置6は、回動可能なる構造であり、該駆動
装置6のロツド部分6′の前後運動を、アーム9,
10と各支持部によつてアーム5に伝え、アーム
5は回動運動を行う。。前記機構で、開閉栓先端
3は、流出口11の開閉時、流出口の上側と接触
しながら移動できる。又開閉栓先端3は加速度運
動を行うことができる。主フレーム12は3本の
アーム4,5,9を軸支し、主フレーム12は駆
動装置7によつて走行が可能である。駆動装置8
は曲げを与えられたロツド2の移動の為に用いら
れ、流出口11からの吐出流量によつて、駆動装
置8の移動量を制御し、ロツド2先端に設けられ
た開閉栓3の位置を調整するため流量調整を行な

業の安全性は大きく向上する。又、流量調整に関
しても、自動制御にて行う事が可能な為、省力化
