【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は加熱槽内に着脱可能に装着された桶内
で材料の混練から焼成迄の行程を行うパン等の製
造装置に関する。

たパンを取り出すものであるが、加熱槽において
下部のシーズヒータが桶の周囲を囲繞する如き位
置関係を呈しているから、桶を加熱槽から取り外
す時に該桶を上方に若干持ち上げた状態で手前に
移動させるようにしなければならず、従つて桶を
持つた手が上部のシーズヒータに触れて火傷をす
る危険があり、しかも、桶の下部が下部のシーズ
ヒータに引掛り易く、総じて桶の着脱が面倒であ
つた。

外底面に固着された桶支持板12が桶支持体5の
取付溝5aに回動により係合されている。13は
桶11の底部中央部に固着された軸受部材で、こ
れに桶11の底部を上下に貫通する混練軸14が
回転自在に支承されていて、この混練軸14の下
端のコネクタ14aがコネクタ6aに噛合つてい
る。15は混練軸14の上部に着脱可能に装着し
