Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an oven has been used as a roasting device for baking and cooking an object to be cooked, and a kneading machine has been used for kneading and cooking to knead and cook the object to be cooked. However, recently, for example, with regard to bread, an automatic bread baking machine which automatically and continuously performs from kneading to baking has begun to be put on the market. In addition, before that, an oven with a kneading device has been put on the market, in which a container dedicated to kneading is installed in the oven, and after kneading, the container is transferred to another container or a plate for fermentation and baking.

When expanding the variations of so-called bread making such as butter rolls and croissants, it is possible to carry out a part of kneading and fermentation, but in order to bake, an oven with an area that can be baked several on the plate at the same time In the case of the latter oven with a kneading device, whether it is bread or other bread, it has to be transferred to a baking container at the stage when a part of fermentation is completed. It was time-consuming, and not only was it easy to make mistakes when making bread frequently, but it was also inconvenient because I couldn't eat bread because I just baked it in the morning using a timer. Therefore, by adding a kneading function / container to the oven, and making this container into the shape of a bread that is frequently used, such as a loaf of bread, you can automatically create the bread you always need, and bake variations of the bread. Sometimes it is necessary to put it on the oven, but it is enjoyable enough. Kneading work, which was very troublesome in the past, can be done automatically, and for bread, it can be fully automated until baking, just by adding an oven dedicated container, it is possible to use a dedicated kneading machine / automatic bread baking machine / electric oven Three
It realizes a cooker that combines two cooking machines into one and is extremely space-saving and cost-saving. Needless to say, when combined with an oven microwave oven or toaster oven, an excellent cooker with a higher degree of integration can be realized.

This is an extremely difficult problem to improve even if the position and shape of the heater, which is the heating means provided in the cooking chamber, is devised. For example, when considering a combination with a microwave oven that is frequently used in daily life, the better it is to see through the cooking chamber, and the larger the transparent window, the better.

The present invention relates to a cooking device in which a heat insulating member is provided on the side. Further, the heat insulating member relates to a cooking apparatus constituted by a surface material having a higher infrared reflectance than heat resistant glass.

Since the door surface can be reinforced with a heat insulating member, it is possible to make it uniform by devising the shape of the heater that is the heating means, so it is possible to create a cooked product that looks evenly and tastes good. .

The microwave is radiated from the oscillation tube 14 and guided into the cooking chamber 1 through the side wall opening 15 of the cooking chamber. At the center of the cooking chamber 1, a kneading / baking container 16 containing a kneading material (not shown) is placed via a leg portion 17 provided at the bottom thereof. Inside the container 16, a blade 18 for kneading materials is rotatably and detachably provided. A belt 22 is hung on a small pulley 21 attached to the tip of an output shaft 20 of a motor 19 which is a rotary drive source, and a large pulley 23 is similarly attached to one of them. In this way, the rotation reduced by the ratio of the outer diameters of the pulleys 21 and 23 is transmitted to the transmission shaft 24 mounted integrally with the large pulley 23. A driving gear 29 provided integrally with 24 transmits power to the driven gear 30 and further to the main shaft 31. Main shaft 31 is main shaft bearing 32
And a driving rotation connecting body 34 is fixedly mounted on the upper part of the cooking chamber central plate 33, and is engaged with a driven rotation connecting body 35 which is integrally formed with the rotation shaft of the kneading / baking container 16. The rotating shaft is rotatably supported by a bearing 36 and mounted on the container 16. In this way, the rotation of the motor 19 is decelerated by the pulleys, belts, gears, etc. and transmitted to the blades 18. At this time, if the motor 19 is compact and has a low number of revolutions, and it has a configuration that can be arbitrarily changed,
It seems that the transmission mechanism can be further simplified.

Reference numeral 3a is a fulcrum of opening and closing, 3b is a see-through window, and 3c is heat-resistant transparent glass that covers the see-through window in the cooking chamber. Glass 3c is usually
A thickness of 3 mm or more is desirable to secure thermal and mechanical strength, and as a result, the heat capacity is large. The dedicated container 16 is installed in the heating chamber 1, the food 39 is cooked, and heated by the heaters 6 and 7. The upper and lower cooking chamber walls 4 and 5 are heated, and gradually the cooking chamber 1
The temperature rises inside. At this time, the temperature rise in the cooking chamber 1 is
It is known that the speed greatly changes depending on whether the infrared reflection efficiency of the right, left, front and rear walls is good or bad. It is assumed that it takes about 10 minutes for the central part of the heating chamber to reach 250 ° C. when the four surfaces are made of metal cloth, for example, stainless steel with a normal surface roughness .
If the same experiment is carried out this time with the same heater power consumption and the glass is attached only to the front surface, it takes about 13 minutes, which is about 30% slower. As the data to support this, looking at the surface temperature at the same position of the glass surface and the stainless steel surface when the temperature reaches 250 ° C, the glass surface is 240 to 250 ° C,
In the case of stainless steel, the temperature is 170 ° C or lower and the temperature is low. This is due to the high infrared absorption characteristics of glass, which absorbs infrared rays emitted from a heat source with almost no reflection and self-heats. From this, in FIG.
Infrared radiation is weak near the glass surface 3c in the cooking chamber 1
It is difficult to obtain infrared radiation effectively on the glass 3c side of 16.
The ambient temperature is also kept low. Figure 3 (a),
(B), (c) is the front view, right side view, and top view of the container devised as a countermeasure against the phenomenon demonstrated above.
A heat insulating member 43 is attached to the container 16 to cover the surface facing the door when installed in the cooking chamber. The container 16 is fixed by a plurality of mounting legs 49a and 49b. The mounting legs 49a and 49b do not radiate the heat of the container 16,
It is designed with a shape that suppresses thin heat conduction. In addition, an opening 50 is formed on the upper and lower surfaces including the mounting legs 49a and 49b.
a and 50b are provided. By this, upper and lower,
The effect of introducing hot air from the side between the container 16 and the heat insulating member 43 is expanded, and the effectiveness of the heat insulating member 43 is further increased.

It shows that the user 37 is opening and the protective gloves 38 are put on and the container 16 is about to be taken out of the cooking chamber. now,
The legs 17 of the container 16 are locking portions provided on the central plate 33 of the bottom of the cooking chamber.

Since the heat-insulating member that is hard to take and has a strong heat-insulating effect is provided, it becomes possible to bake the cooked product uniformly and it is possible to satisfy the performance as a cooker.
