2がベルトの下面より上方に出るのでコピー紙が
定着ロール1と加圧ロール2とに圧着される前に
上下に波打つことになり、しわを生じ定着ムラを
生ずるという問題点があつた。

像紙に付着して画像面を汚し、コピー紙を傷つ
け、エンドレスベルトが入口側に突出しており、
この部分で冷却されエンドレスベルトの部分と加
熱ロール部分で温度差があり定着ムラを生じ、
又、溝加工のためコストアツプになるという問題
点があつた。

して画像が損傷したり定着ムラを生ずるのを防止
し、更にコピー紙を直接加熱ロールと加圧ロール
間に挿入してコピー紙にしわを生じて定着ムラを
生ずるのを防止すると共に、コピー紙が加圧ロー
ルに巻きつかないようにし溝加工を不要にしてコ
ストダウンを計ることを目的としている。

ベルト表面と加圧ロール表面とが面一になる如く
したことを特徴としている。

樹脂を含浸しその表面に弗素樹脂、珪素樹脂をコ
ートして非粘着性にしてある。従つて、エンドレ
スベルト15は加圧ロール13の表面部弾性部に
くい込み、加熱ロール11との圧接部ではエンド
レスベルト15の表面は加圧ロール13の表面と

端とのギヤツプを生じてもコピー紙表面の画像面
は面一な加熱ロール11に均一圧接し、コピー紙
裏面にエンドレスベルト15が圧接し乍らコピー
紙が移送され画像が損傷したり定着ムラを生じる

ロール表面とが面一になる如くなつているので、
コピー紙の裏面にエンドレスベルトと加圧ロール
とが面一状の面で当接し、コピー紙表面は平滑な
加熱ロール表面に圧接するので、画像が損傷した
り定着ムラを生ずることがなく、又、コピー紙が
加圧ロールに巻きつくことを確実に防止でき、は
がし爪を用いていないので加圧ロールを傷つける
こともなく、溝形成の加工も不要なので安価に製
作できる。
