とはおよそかけ離れたものとして視覚される。 BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, it has been known to form a vertical striped pattern on an aluminum alloy architectural profile by forming a large number of protrusions or grooves across the width of the outer surface of the extruded profile. (For example, registered design No. 445995,
(Refer to Publication No. 397610) However, in this case, both the top surface shape of the convex stripes and the bottom surface shape of the concave stripes formed on the outer surface of the extruded section are simply flat surfaces or curved surfaces, so the extrusion is uniformly colored or not colored. There is not much difference in color tone between the convex and concave lines on the outer surface of the profile, and when viewed as a whole, it is perceived as an indistinct vertical striped pattern with a uniform tone. In addition, in view of this situation, if the height of the convex or concave stripes is increased in order to emphasize the vertical striped pattern, it will be perceived as something far different from a straight-grained pattern that has a natural woody feel.

た。 As described above, in the extruded shape material with the vertical striped pattern disclosed in the prior art, even if the width, height, pitch, etc. of the protrusions or grooves are changed variously, the outer surface of the extruded shape material remains unchanged. The aesthetic effect could only be achieved by adding a large number of parallel vertical stripes to the surface.

It is what it is. The adjacent distances of these vertical stripes may be changed as appropriate, for example, the adjacent distances from the right side to the left side in Figure 1 may be changed so that they become larger in one direction such as a < b < c < d < e. A straight grain pattern is obtained. The colored film layer preferably has a gold color. The above effect is further promoted by adding a matting additive to the coating layer. Furthermore, by changing the combination of convex and concave lines and the number of reflective grooves, a wide variety of straight-grain patterns can be obtained.

Subsequently, a conventional transparent paint is applied by dip coating, air spraying, airless spraying, electrostatic coating, powder coating, or the like. In this case, known matting additives such as silica-based and alumina-based additives may be added to the transparent coating.

When hit, a diffused reflection phenomenon occurs, and as a result of this phenomenon, the reflective grooves are perceived as a dark color while the other parts are perceived as a light color, resulting in a sharp difference in color tone between the two. Therefore, an aluminum alloy construction material having a clear straight-grained pattern can be obtained.
