したパネルを換気装置の表面に取り付けた状態で
アウターパネルの表面側から挿入して取り付けて
いた為、組付け作業性が悪いと言う問題があつ
た。

動車の換気装置は、逆止弁に相当する厚膜と薄膜
の一方向弁を二重に構成し、この二重の一方向弁
のタイムラグ差を応用して塵とか埃が車室内に侵
入するのを有効に防止しようとするものである
が、この従来例の場合にも、車両の換気時に、厚
膜の一方向弁が、フイニツシヤの切欠突起に引つ
掛かつたり、噛み込むと言う問題があり、塵とか
埃が車室内に侵入するのを防止するには不十分で
ある。

に連動して開閉作動するようにし、また噛込み防
止片16と逆止弁12との自重差により、逆止弁
12を軽く、または強く押さえるように調整して
多少の車体振動等で逆止弁12が開かないように
することで、塵とか埃が車室内に侵入するのを有
効に防止する一方、各々逆止弁12が車両の換気
時に空気流通孔6の切欠突起6aに引つ掛つた
り、噛込まないように噛込み防止片16により抑
制している。
