【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車車体の組付治具に関し、その目
的は複数車種のサイドメンバの組付けを一基の治
具によつて切換位置決め可能とし、車体組付生産
性の向上と設備費の低減を図つたことである。

自動車の車体組付において、左右のサイドメン
バとアンダボデーを組付ける場合、従来では左右
のサイドメンバを位置決めする一対の旋回又はス
ライド部材と、アンダボデーを位置決めする昇降
装置とによつて行つている。この場合、車種の異
なる車を組付けるときに、その車種に対応するよ
う左右のサイドメンバの位置決め部材の位置を変
更する段取替えを必要とし、生産性の向上に難点
があつた。

し、搬送機によつて図面の仮想線で示すように組
付方向に対し直交する水平方向で搬送されてくる
サイドメンバW1,W2をワーク受台6に固着セツ
トする。しかる後に図面のB位置に回転し、セツ
トしたサイドメンバW1,W1を水平状態より組付
状態の姿勢に起立させ、ワーク受台6を中間点ま
で互いにスライドし、昇降装置7上のアンダボデ
ーW2は、昇降動装置7を前記中間点にスライド
しているワーク受台6の水平面と同一平面まで下
降動させ、前記サイドメンバW1,W1の組付位置
に位置決めする。さらにワーク受台6を中間位置
より組付けるべき所定の最終位置にスライドさせ
て前記昇降装置7上にあるアンダボデーW2に対
し溶接等の組付けを行うのである。組付後は、昇
降装置7が上昇して組付けられた車体Wの搬出を
行うと共に、ワーク受台6を原位置に戻し、原位
置にて図面A位置に回転戻しを行つて次のサイド
メンバW1,W1の搬入を待機する。
